RageKage
Game was running perfectly from the disc since it's release, then pop ins started to occur. Since then i have tried installing; Disc 1 - HDD and Disc 2 - Compatible flash drive (16gb, max read of 15mb/s) also Disc 1 - Compatible flash drive and Disc 2 - HDD However after both configurations i get an error message when i try and run GTA 5 from the games library that i need to insert Disc 2 to play. I haven't come across any other posts with this sort of problem and i was wondering if it was something other people have encountered?
Lukijs
Clear xbox's cache and delete any data of GTA V you have in storage ,do a clean reinstall ,install 2nd on Flash drive. Also do you have disc 2 in drive when launching from library. Also wtf installed in HDD and Flash ,they might be conflicting. RageKage
Delete ALL GTA data? Does that include my save game? I have tried launching from library without the disc and it doesn't work then when i put the disc in it reads off the disc and doesn't give me the option of running it from the library. What i meant with the HDD is that i installed Disc 1 to the flash drive and installed the play disk to the Xbox's internal HDD, this resulted in the same problem of asking to insert the Play disc Trying a clean install now UPDATE: cleared xbox HDD and flash drive of all GTA 5 data except for 1 save file, cleared both caches, installed disc 1 to hard drive, asked to insert disc 2, opened disc tray and went to dashboard before inserting disc 2, put in disc 2 and installed to flash drive. Try and launch GTA 5 from games library and it once again asked me to insert the play disk, then a second message comes up saying that this is an installed item and it requires the play disk to run. What am i doing wrong? Edited October 2, 2013 by RageKage
