NickStone
Cant say for sure this will work every time, but it did a few times in a row for me. This method requires that the car you want, to be both available to purchase via in-game internet, and to be a car that would normally spawn in the game. I needed a good 4-door car as a getaway car for a heist, so I wanted to use the Exemplar. It's basically the four-door version of the Rapid GT. Problem, I've rarely seen the Exemplar on the streets, and didn't want to wait for it to come around again. So I saved my game, then went to Southern San Andreas Super Autos website, and bought it. Went to my garage, then drove it around a little while...like maybe a minute. I loaded the game again, without saving anything, and sho' nuff, the Exemplar was the first car that passed in front of me on the road. After saving it to a garage, I retested this on a few others, and it worked. Apparenrly when you jump from one game to another, bits of code get left behind in memory (this actually happens often, in many games) I haven't tested other methods, but you can probably do the same by loading one save and driving a certain car, then load another save to get the same car. This will likely also work, because it seems even if I reload another save, the same cars are on the roads as the save that I was just using. I like to keep saves for multiple places in the game, in case I have to go back and make changes (like forget about spending $200k on mods on a car that just disappeared outta my garage. Poor Franklin, lost 2 gorgeous rides, Dominator and Gauntlet, totalled $300k in mods). So I'm able to kinda "transfer over" cars I had in one save, to another. I've been playing GTAV non-stop, literally, since it came out...from the time I wake up till I go to sleep. No job, no school, no money, no wife, no kids, no elderly parents to contemplate euthanizing, no responsibilities whatsoever. I've come across tons of little tips & tricks, but I haven't been sharing them here as much since this place is like 95% trolls now. But I'm hoping the few messages I do post will reach at least a small mature audience. Edited October 1, 2013 by NickStone
WinterEdit
I only knew that you can make specific cars to spawn if you are driving a special one (such as Sultan RS in GTA IV). I don't know if this works in GTA V, haven't been that curious about it. But OP: Nice find if that is true.
