Find the building, and look in a couple block radius around it. You'll probably find it in 5 minutes. Edit: Dude, such a weird coincidence... I JUST started the game and switched to Trevor. It showed him waking up drunk on top of a building. Across the street is that billboard! lol. Its 2 blocks north of the vehicle impound, by Binco and the Ten Cent Theater.
