There is no spawn point, but you can replay the Sex Tape mission with Beverly, finish it, and then they should start spawning where the mission took place. If that doesn't work, repeat it. However, every time I've tried that mission I land in the water or blow up with I hit the ground. The only way I've been able to get the Merryweather Mesa is on the mission where you fight Merryweather at the news building and Trevor comes to save you. I'm still trying to find the fixed gear bike. You can buy the Fixter from the bike shop online. Buy the red road bike and for some reason it will give you a Fixter. So, you can't find Cheetah or Entity on streets but they have spawn point, right? Where it is? No, they do not spawn. You can only buy them from the internet.
