Your Characters Background Story

As someone with a terrible imagination, I was curious to see if any players have some sort of a background story for their GTAO character before they arrive in Los Santos.

Not really other than that fact that you are new in town and you meet up with Lamar.

 

Its actually really cool because your character is silent(unless your yelling at a clerk through your microphone) and it reminds me alot of Claude.

I posted my ideas for a background story for two characters I had in mind

 

 

For my character, I got a couple of ideas:

 

1. Asian-American female: Born in the U.S.A., her family is descended from Indochina. Her father was Caucasian, but he was bat-sh*t crazy due to the fact that since he married his wife he became completely obsessed with China to the point of where he was chanting anti-American propaganda in front of City Hall. Her parents both died before she went to LS, but she became a sort of vigilante. Her signature weapon is an AK-47 and a Makarov PM (which doesn't exist in GTA V ). However, she has always been dirt-poor, and eventually decided to do some illegitimate business to earn some paper. She found that she enjoyed combat (kind of like Trevor), and joined a gang and went to Liberty City. However, after having a love affair with a man who was engaged with some bat-sh*t crazy lady, she decided to make like a ghost and start anew in Los Santos, San Andreas. She is based off of a character model I made in GTA IV that has this face (it was face 5/8 for PS3/XBox-360):

 

Except I hope to give her a less "cutesy" look than this. I want her to be a more rugged looking character, but not to the point where she is plain ugly.

 

2. Slavic-American male: Born in the U.S.S.R. in the 60's, he was always a Russian man at heart. He joined the KGB when he was a young adult, and he learned of the true corruption and deceit of both the U.S.S.R. and the U.S.A. When he was in his thirties, he was diagnosed with an anti-social disorder as well as an extreme form of paranoia that manifests itself in an extreme suspicion of governments. At that time, he was discharged from the KGB and was sent home to his family (a sister and niece). They decided to move to America eventually, and my character has found it hard to stay out of the criminal underworld after he met some illegitimate businessmen. They lived in Liberty City for a bit, but ran into trouble when an Eastern European man blew up the garage of a relative of theirs' and when a group of mostly Irish men cased the bank they go to. My character decided to cash his chips in and head for Vice City, and then hits up Los Santos. He looks a lot like what my avatar looks like (like Micheal, except with grey eyes):

 

I also desire to give him some cosmetic differences from Micheal. I don't want to make a copy of another character, after all.

My characters name is Skyler Armor. a young pilot that used to roll with some small time professional gang back in the day. but got separated so years laters... hes 29. got married to a beautiful girl. but felt empty inside. so he decide to move to lost santos W/ his wife. to start a new leaf. he doesn't know what to expect... his flights in a couple hours& hes holding his wifes hand, looks in her eyes & tells her "No matter what, We Stay Together" & wife is confused as to why he would say this... BUT only to his mind... he knew... he was coming home... to the abandon memories.

my character has Dark brown hair, white,male. skinny. not that much strong. he enjoys watching tv & taking naps. hes lazy af. but he is the "yeah ok whatever" dude & doesnt like it when people mes w/ his girl. hes a young retired small time job get away pilot & muscle.after separation he got a girl who spent all his life savings but she loves him & he pretty much lets her when she ever asked. then he married his girlfriend. so he got a job as a truck driver back in vice city. got empty & told his wife that were moving... to los santos.

My character was born and raised in Liberty City, in 1992. Started off living in a rich crime-free neighborhood, until 2008 when his mother was killed in a hit and run committed by an LCPD officer in pursuit of Niko Bellic. After that he fell into poverty, living in the projects and he had to turn to a life of crime, he started off with shoplifting which led to armed robbery. After he was arrested a few times he became a confidential informant to the LCPD. Then in 2012 he helped take down one of Liberty City's biggest drug dealers, after testifying against the dealer he was placed in the FIB's witness protection program. And they sent him to Los Santos.

 

After living legitimately in LS for about a year he lost his job at Sub Urban he started down the slippery slope back into crime.

 

And that's where GTA Online will pick up in his life.

My character's name is Kendrink Martin. DOB: 12/6/89

Born and raised in Liberty City he was an average street thug until one day the LCPD accidentally fired at his mother and brother during a shootout at a train station. The depression was too much for him so he moved to sunny LS to forget about his loses but he got caught up in a new friend's problem(Lamar) and tries to solve the problems within the Families until one day he leaves and goes solo freelancing the city working for the likes of TP Industries, Lester, Madrazzo, The Families, and other bosses. He is now on a journey to wealth but also faces the depression of losing his family and takes his revenge upon the many street gangs and police officers of the city.

Lamar invited him back to help get the money needed to build more banks. Now as a multi millionaire I have private jets, helicopters, limo rides, fast cars, and a lovely home.

My character is named Dolan, and is a massive c*nt. He may save your live a few times or even give you a lift, but generally only to lull you in a false sense of safety before spawn camping you at a more suitable location. He also moonlights as a firefighter when other players have been reported to take a passive approach to the game.

 

He loves blocking the entrance to LSC as well as taking leisurely drives with his tank around the city, or sniping innocent bystanders from various roofs. Another recent hobby of his is picking off players cars with his cargobob while they are committing a robbery, then dropping them on the unsuspecting robbers when they exit the shop.

 

He is also on really good terms with Lester, Lamar and Merryweather, which he contacts often to create all sorts of shenanigans across Los Santos.

 

Yes, Dolan is an arsehole. And he wouldn't have it any other way.

Born: 1987 Carcer City, USA

Heritage: Polish/Irish

 

Born in Carcer city during the cultural free-fall of the city, Sterling's childhood was rough. He grew up among many gangs and developing crime syndicates but never joined a particular set or family. As a "lone wolf" he purpotrated several major scores, including the infamous Royal Canadian Arms Heist, in which an estimated two metric tons of Ammunation was stolen from the RCA. Though he would beat any charges, this was the end for his career in Carcer City. Laying low for years, he eventually slipped off of the IAA radar and assimilated into society, albeit in a very lavish lifestyle. Earlier this year, he would be believed dead after a gang hit went wrong in his apartment building and the entire building was burned to the ground in a flash fire. He would resurface in Los Santos months later and begin rebuilding his life. Though he was not criminally active for years prior, he would rebuild his life quickly through low-level but impactful jobs in which his cold, calulated and generally sociopathic demeanor would assist. He is a very low priority for the IAA and FIB due to the overall impact of his work and threat he poses to society overall. It has been predicted that once he has completed regaining the low level wealth and standard of living he attained in Carcer City he will once again become inactive.

The idea to reopen this case may have legs to stand on. Within 1 month of arrival in Los Santos, Sterling has regained the fortune he had in Carcer and then some. It is my opinion that he may be working toward a larger goal, what that is is unknown. Although he has reserved himself to using extreme sports (street racing, parachuting) to fill his time and avoids criminal activity largely it is of this offices opinion that he is dangerous. After all, if we allow a former criminal to become wealthy and successful, what message does that send to the nations youth?

Judas was an accomplished street racer and car booster up in San Andreas which turned into several lucrative gigs as a get away driver for a local syndicate. It also lead to him getting pinched and a served with a short bid up state. There he met a mouthy thug named Stretch who put him in touch with this cat named Lamar. The two kept in touch through LifeInvader until Judas got his walking papers and hopped a plane to see just what all the fuss was about down in Los Santos. Seems the typical exaggerations by Lamar weren't that far off as the city was ripe for the scoring with plenty of opportunities for the quick thinking hustler. Now he had a fat crib, several strippers girl friends, a bevy of tuned whips and a crew that was down for anything that lined their pockets with more paper.
