Question about crews.

Hopefully someone can help me out here.

 

If I'm currently the leader of a crew and no one else is in it but me. What will happen if I leave the crew?

 

I'm asking because I have an idea for a new crew name that I'd like to use, but I can't figure out a way to see if it's available without creating a new crew.

 

If I leave, will I be able to create the same crew again, including the same name as long as no one has taken said name?

 

Also, will my stats from Max Payne 3 carry over into my new crew if I create one?

If you leave thew crew it gets deleted having no members. It's the only way to delete a crew or even rename it (for the time being). I just dumped my Stealth Squad crew in favor of a new crew name MDK Ruffians. I would assume your crew stats get deleted also. I wouldn't know because I skipped Max Payne.
