Lets look at some of the areas we get insta wanted for entering and what they offer

 

1. Airport, 4 stars, it has planes

2. Prison 4 stars, it has the prison bus

3. Military 4 stars, it has everything

4. Humane Labs and Research 4 stars, it has ???

 

Bonus points to N.o.o.s.e. for having security who don't snitch on you when you break in and steal the Buzzard.

 

What does Humane Labs and Research have? Its close to some pretty suspect locations like the wind farm and light house.

It's a government research facility, of course you would get cops on your ass for trespassing government property.

I don't know if it was a glitch, but I got the "You are in restricted airpsace" and a wanted level when I was hovering over the golf course at low altitude.

If you drive a car onto the greens you get 2 star wanted level.

The place actually takes place in a mission.

You raid it with Steve Haines and Dave Norton to recover some deadly nerve agent that the IAA is apparently releasing upon the public to blame terrorism and receive a funding boost. At least, that's what Haines tells you.

 

Other than that, it's a pretty uninteresting area. You can't even access the interior or underwater entrance from the mission.
