Funny that you say that. When the PC thread was in the other subforum, you said the game couldn't have anything close to the visuals that were on the screenshots unless they were taken on a PC.

FYI, My game is my own. 100 hours worth. I made choices for good everytime (which sucks sometimes because you get nothing for it) and from what i can tell my game turned out identical to others.

 

You DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE TOPIC AT ALL.

 

There are things you did that were NOT supposed to be done, which ALTERED your path (on chiliad mural) and you ended up with nothing at the end if you cannot find it in this long.

 

It is a secret. Where's your 5 tracts? You don't think that's supposed to be there? You made it not happen by playing incorrectly.

edit: I cannot f*cking wait until I have this game or someone starts a new play-through and plays carefully, with all they have learned in mind. I am going to rub it in all unsavable doubter's faces, too.

Because I spent more time on this correcting people that there is only ONE hatch than MOST of you spent on it at all.

I get what you're saying, but I choose the exact opposite of most peoples choice in the game. The polar opposite. I returned the money, didnt kill anyone the game didn't make me kill. In fact i ran around with a tazer. As much as the OP's blatant delusions of grandeur are irritating, I do believe he *could* be onto something. If he's right then I hope the choices can be rectified via mission replay. I know rockstar said the moral choices weren't exactly clear cut this time. How does one choose whether to be good or bad when there are mission requirement checklists to adhere to? A GTA game that punishes you for being the bad guy?

It DOESNT, and I WAS correct, it is now a PROVEN FACT that the screenshots are DX11, verified through the adaptivedof entries in the PC only section of the game, JUST LIKE I TOLD YOU MONTHS BEFORE RELEASE.

 

THOSE screenshots are downscaled from 2560x1440. They are MSAA'd. They have much higher texel density, draw distance, and shading quality. They have better color depth because they are using a wider frame buffer, and they use BOKEH ADAPTIVE DOF LIKE I TOLD YOU THEY DID.

 

YOU are just not up to date on the facts and I IMPLORE you to go ask others because everyone and their mother knows I was right now - proven factual in my word - except you I guess.

 

I do NOT have a f*cking ego problem, you all make me feel like a GENIUS while other people constantly supe me up and agree with me, a trolly majority of this forum makes themselves look like complete and utter morons to those who either see me confirmed, or know for themselves by looking as well, because they are educated about game development as I am.

...and this is why you get so much 'hate' because the way you offend others.. We understand what your saying but when you havent even played the game yet, you don't have much say in how we should be playing it.

 

Secret ways of finishing the missions or tasks is the main context your trying to say and that there are 5 moments throughout the game where the secrets choices will lead you to a great reward, or nothing.

The screenshots are DX11, even though there are absolutely no DX11 resources displayed in any of the screenshots. Seems legit.

 

The fact that you haven't even played the console version just backs up my statements, you just don't know anything about the game other than by watching people play and talk about it.

 

Also, don't count on everyone forgetting about this thread in a couple of months, I'll make sure to bump this a year from now just to make fun of you and your massive ego.

It's just that you're overly obsessed that you think your theory is true even though you have nothing except the minor story changes to back you up. Rstar did say that a lot of people would have slightly different experiences but that doesn't necessarily mean that they'd leave out the easter egg to those who play differently. It has also now expanded. I have now solved the Chiliad Mural. Debunking pretty much every theory in one fell swoop.

 

You also said before the game was released that North Yankton was Nipton, CA and were implying that everyone was wrong about what they thought of it - that they would see when the game was out. You were "right". I remember it. Going as far as ignoring those who listened to the leaked audio and knew what exactly was NY. The game is out now: were you right? Were you?

 

Don't get me wrong, you have a good theory there but that's what it is: a theory. Speculation. Proof before confirming. I did play the game by myself and tried many options only to have the game go "oh no, you didn't!! mission failed for you!!" on me many, many times.

 

You sir can't get over the fact that there is/may be nothing out there. That's what's clear for everyone around here. I'm sorry you're missing so much sleep but really, it's a game... Enjoy it for what it is or leave it if it's troubling you so much. A serious question, by the way: were you around when SA was released back in 2004? Because you would have gone crazy thinking that there was something out there when there wasn't. People were just wrong: there were no bigfoot, no aliens, nothing. Notice how the infinite 8 killer mystery was solved? No illogical thinking needed.

That courtesy is going to cost people too much time and effort. They'll have to possibly restart the game 6-7 times with trial and error. Tell me off the top of your head, who would possibly do that for the sake of courtesy? You need to look on both sides of the field on this one.

Well, once I get my strategy guide delivered and use it to help me finish the game to 100% hopefully if your right and I did everything correctly I will have unlocked something new. Until then, it seems to me, and I mean no offense, that you are the only one here without doubts that may be able to find anything, if it exists. Or like a conversation my pal and I had, maybe R* put the easter eggs on all the disks, but only made a limited amount copies wherein you can make something out of it and sent them out at random locations disguised as normal ones. Golden Ticket style. Although, we only said that because we had talked about if a dev were to actually do something like that before, so it's very unlikely. Anyway I wish the best of luck to whomever is capable of concluding these and bringing them to light, if even possible.
