There's not a company out there who makes sure their servers can hold the mass amount of people they know (but say they didn't realize) they're gonna get. It's officially abbreviated as EST, but definitely not 'usually' from my experience. They've had 2 weeks to estimate the load. Obviously it won't be bug free but I'm not expecting any major crashes. It's not like this is the first server heavy release. I'll have to wait till I get home....I expecting either 12am or 3am, since most of these game things are 12am PST, 3am EST. I was going to wake up right then and play till I had to go, and then more when I got back. Oh well, I screwed up my sleep schedule now, for nothing..
