A few questions.

So I just got 100% in GTAV, now I've been messing around for approx 2 weeks in game but I have yet to receive the bigfoot mission, how do I activate it?

 

Also, I have stumbled accross an RV and ATV near the top left bridge (The annoying bridge infamous for the space ship part located underneath it). Now, when going next to it, it states "Please comeback between 05:00 and 17:00", doing so activates nothing though, the RV is also unstealable, and the ATV does nothing when you get on it, anyone know what it is for?
