from my memory - when I first started following the news on online, they first had talked about both parents and grandparents in news articles - then the people that got to play an old build for the pre-view only talked about grandparents - now this news release is saying parents. it's possible that they figured out their system of customization had enough variants with only 2 parents, and streamlined it.

I heard a person saying that you pick four grandparents

and the two parents are generated from that combonation

and then you're generated from all of that?

who knows. only a few hours left.

Why couldn't they have adapted the same character creation from every game ever made? With sliders and things. Not this crap "Oh lets work out your family tree with heritage and hope something comes out looking half decent." Such a hit and miss IMO.
