Will GTA5 get an update for sitting down on benches ?

I guess maybe the game doesn't allow the players to use all the chairs, benches, etc. Some mod expert should check in-game (what you call the scripting or interaction?) are able to use or not. It's high time, the player has the option to alter the world themselves and create how they play (on the lines of the content creator for single player). GTA games still enforce some restrictions on how we interact with the environment in comparison to other open world games. Things like you could sit down on benches and chairs or listen and examine more closely the interactions between players and game world must be allowed in future GTA's.

Wow SA fanboys are getting really anti-GTA V when they start making up things that weren't in SA just so they can say V doesn't have them.

Sometimes then GTA San Andreas fanboys make me ashamed to admit GTA San Andreas is my second favorite GTA.

 

To answer the actual topic, I feel that this topic shows just how low the standard for gameplay nowadays is, there are other more important features that could be added in an update (such as drivable trains for example), yet there are people out their who want the ability to sit down, as Hodgey said, you would sit down for 10 seconds and get bored, unless the game had the world's best story, in that case, watching your character sleep in real time would be considered great gameplay. This reminds me of how everyone considered Mass Effect 2's intro to be amazing, even though all you did was walk and talk.

Returning back to topic...

 

I remember Bully had the ability to let you sit in benches and such, but only the ones inside the School Campus. If they ever implement it I wonder if you would be able to sit in anything you wanted.

 

If they ever bring back Restaurants I wonder if they can implement it to the point where we can order something and then sit and eat it.

It's always possible, if we can sit on a sofa then why not have the choice to sit on the bench.
