Pretty sure you can. After every heist, the leader gets all the money you successfully accumulated. It is obviously then, up to them whether they decide to give it to you or not. So there must be some sort of way of transferring!

To some degree yes, but we don't really know to what extent.

 

I recall reading an article a bit ago that mentioned for the more expensive purchases where you'll need money there are options for online banking, and then recall something very slightly mentioned about something that sounded along the lines of a debit card.
