AfterDeath
There are more civilians driving around in GTA V, so of course it is going to seem like there are a lot of the same cars. When I first played the game I was amazed at how many Infernuses drove around Michael's house. Now it doesn't bother me and I get excited when I see a car that is out of the ordinary. I then have to chase those cars to see what they are. It's fun, in a way.
wallpaper42
Sorry man consoles just don't have enough ram. I think it gets worse if you switch characters though. If you switch from Michael to Franklin then it's using extra ram to remember where Michael was and what he was driving in case you switch back. But basically the farther you get into the game the smaller the pool of memory for the traffic gets. If they "fix" it by adding more cars to the spawn pool then the ram will get maxed out and you'll be playing a slideshow.
