Do completed ones eventually respawn? I've managed to only deliver one person (the celebrity who wanted to escape paparazzi) and upon matching up with a map, it turns out the remaining ones that are eligible are ones I've done. Atheistrenagade Posted October 12, 2013 Share Posted October 12, 2013 I'm having the same problem. I got the hitchhiking girl with the red backpack but the others just wont re-spawn. I even drove between two locations in the daytime when I remember picking them up the first time, saved the game when it started to get dark so it was morning again, and did that for a whole game week.
