Strange noise at space rocket

So I'm still in search of answers

Rockstar not responded to 6 emails about the missing 5 tracts

 

But along my travels I've come across a weird noise at the up n atom diner at the north part of the map

 

Guys check it out its like a metal detector noise then a sudden beap

I noticed it too, it sounds like one of those things that measures radiation levels.

 

I tried lighting it on fire and blowing it up, but nothing happened.

I've scoured pretty much every inch of the map but I over saved my complete game file any1 on 100% check this out its very out of the place to have that noise there

There's a theramin (B movie UFO sound) that comes from the Up N Atom burger restaurants. I was suspicious too till I connected it to the burger joint.
