It means, that you only need to complete 25 out of 50 Under the Bridges Challenge for example - and you still can get the 100% completetion by in game statistics. Which doesn't mean you are 100% completed the Challenges, as there are 25 more to do. It's just two ways of seeing completing the game. We always search for clues in the map but what about the internet? it's there that you start the epsilon missions or find clues about jock's wife. She is the ghost of the ex-wife of Jock Cranley, the Vinewood Stuntman turned Conservative candidate for Governor. I have another theory about this. I did find her. And when I went to where she was standing I noticed the lighthouse. Pretty much thought of Castle Rock Entertainment and Carrie right off. Jock may have been about her tormentors. Just a thought. I never said it means anything other than the fact this is a second picture of a jetpack in a game supposedly with no jetpack. Just because you have given up the search doesn't mean all of us have. No doubt there is more to this than what's been found so far. I mean, why would there even be a picture of a jetpack if it wasn't somewhere. There's a picture of a UFO and there's UFO's so... I said in the previous thread that I'm convinced that the door atop the mountain is an elevator shaft, it has to be. What else would the lines on the mural be? I posted this in another thread: I had taken my character (Michael) to the ULSA Campus (which can be found North of the Penthouse; NW of the golf course) and if you go to the coliseum on campus next to the Training Center, your character begins running/walking in an odd fashion. It's quite abnormal, as they begin moving all feminine-like. Aside from being hilarious and surprising, what is the actual point of this? Perhaps I have just answered my own question...
