Problem with 100% completion tracker on Social Club

Hi this is not a game breaking problem but it is annoying. I did my first playthrough and at game completion I was at about 75%. I then decided to start a new playthrough to take advantage of the stock market properly. I now want to carry on with my 75% save and do the rest of the things to get 100% but when I visit the checklist with that save loaded it is only showing the things I have done on my new save.

 

Is there anyway to refresh it or something like that?
