Blow up a few passenger planes in a fighter jet and continue to do fly passes of the runways, but you'll only be spotted by the 'eye in the sky' - the ground cops are scouring the floor. Pretty much like the police in this game. The difference of course is that I can fire grenades at them in the game and it fills me with glee.
