Is it possible to be hidden away from the radar?

Previews mentioned that you can get a contact who can be called to temporarily hide your blip from the radar.

 

I hope this feature lasts long and is priced affordability otherwise I can see it being one of those features removed.

I hope it lasts a long time too... I like the idea of being able to drive around without people noticing you. Just get in some random normal car and drive and people won't recognize you.
