Free Pegassi Vacca super car

You must have done, or be about to do the mission "The wrap up", it's the mission where you're Michael and you meet up with Dave and all hell breaks loose between agencies, yeah well anyway... Make sure you have a rocket launcher.

 

You must do the mission until the last checkpoint, after you've killed all the agents you must drive or walk a little up the road (you'll know the road when doing the mission as it's the only road out of the place you're at), when you get around the corner it will come up that a chopper is coming, get out of your car and/or retreat back a bit, then when the chopper comes around the corner shoot it with your rpg. (The reason for this that it will kill you if you aren't escaping on a car). Ok with no one trying to kill you now, feel free to take a look around, if you haven't destroyed any accidentally, there should be a couple of rare trucks from the armed forces, a couple of rare muscle cars in the parking lot, a porche looking car that I think is rare as I haven't seen it around, and up around the corner there should be your Vaca sitting in the parking lot, take it to Trevor then you will have it for free roam after that!

 

I don't know if there are any other locations or methods for getting super cars but this and the well known adder spot are the only ways of getting "rare" super cars I know of.
