Submarine by trevor's hanger?

Not sure if this has been posted, but I was messing about with my LAZER aircraft from my hanger and when I went to put it back, I noticed there was a sub next to the hanger... It was enterable and obviously needs a cargo bob to airlift it back into water. Anyone else seen this sub? This is with Trevor btw.

messing about with your lazer? as in one you stole right? or have you found a way to buy it? lol

 

As far as i know the subs there for a mission, merryweather heist i think. cool glitch if its a random spawn though, saying tht i tried to airlift the sub from the marina...didnt go too well! it kinda flipped the heli upside down...

I remember the heist with the sub, but I can't really remember all the details right now. It makes sense that Trevor still has it though I believe, as wasnt the sub then airlifted back to the hanger with the weapon? After which Lester blows his top about selling a WMD to the chinese?

 

 

Also, after entering the sub at the hanger, you then get the sonar collections dock icon on the map for that location as well as the one at the docks, so I think it does spawn there.

The sub will spawn after the mission you're talking about. If you buy a Cargobob, you can transport the sub anywhere

The problem I have is that I'd like to transport the sub by road - so I grabbed a flat bed truck, winched the sub on the cargobob and went to load it on the truck - only the truck disappeared. Happens every time, the same with loading cars onto a car transporter. I get one on, get in the 2nd car and the truck vanishes.
