Jetpack coming with GTA online?

I'm on my phone, so I'll keep this short and sweet.

 

First off, I'm not even saying there is a jetpack. That we can't know for sure until it's discovered or confirmed false by Rockstar.

 

But - considering GTA online is being released around two weeks later than the singleplayer game, doesn't this on some level force us to start solving the riddle?

 

I figure Rockstar would want as many players as possible knee deep in an unsolvable mystery, before online play comes along and enlightens us in one way or another.

 

At least this release model prevents people from going straight to online which suggests the singleplayer should be played first for whatever reason(s).

 

Of course, I might be wrong. But there are many crazier theories on here, so I thought I'd share a sane one for once.

 

Any thoughts?

Online will probably not have any of this riddle in it, but the rest of the easter eggs will be, unless they program online to have it from scratch it would make no sense for the singleplayer to be 100% to activate the easter egg, so i can only assume none of this will be online.

 

But people will be all over this even when onlines out so i don't think it has anything to do with to keep people playing, the game itself achieves that enough.

Me neither, I never said that. I'm just saying that maybe the UFO story continues online, somehow. Online gameplay will be so much more and the UFO thing will definitely not be a huge part, but I was thinking if you look for it you might find more clues and possibly a solution to all this while playing online.
