SpidersWeb
You wont pay anything - real money wise. And as far as I know, in game, from their descriptions you 'buy' an apartment, haven't seen them use the word rent ever. I'd expect your apartments/cars etc to be there when you return but I'm not entirely sure of how the world(s) work - guess we'll find out on Oct 1. METALPUNK
Everything will be there when you get back on. I don't think you pay rent but you do have to purchase apartments with money you earn. 1 person per apartment. Meaning you can't share apartments but you can have friends over. Also if you by an apartment by the water it does not mean your friend can't buy that same apartment. It does not mean you share it though.
