AaronWatermelon Posted September 27, 2013 Share Posted September 27, 2013 Any normal white person who has played GTA V can't help but notice how anti-white this game is.. all the blatant negative stereotypes towards whites with the TREVOR character yet not a single black stereotype about FRANKLIN. Not to mention the anti-white sentiments about immigration which basically made me wanna puke. Video games are suppose to be about escaping all the BS - not to preach to us with the same recycled neo-communist trotskyism that this game wants to indoctrinate us with. We all have PBS/CNN/MSNBC/FOX.... we already know what we are SUPPOSE to think, we don't need to hear it in a video game too To you, they may be escapism, and you're certainly not alone. However to me, and many others, games are a form of entertainment. I'm white, I'm certainly no Trevor, but I thought the dialogue and the jokes they made about our race were f*cking hilarious. Lighten up and laugh, nobody, male female, black white or otherwise is safe when it comes to Rockstar. That's the beauty of GTA. I don't get it and I don't even know which mod deleted it. You all single me out and that sh*ts weak I was here before IV even came out. That has not happened and is not even close. And I didn't say the black guy is dipping out on his kids (you read that into it), I said they don't likely have a WELL-OFF father like I do to support them. So yes, they most definitely ARE owed something. What's the modern equivalent for 40 acres and a mule? As if that would have made up for enslavement even if we did give it to them... And if any generation is f*cked, it's the boomers, as they've proven by running this country into the ground despite having come into it at it's peak in the '50s. They started off with the most opportunity for the least effort, and left us with this unholy mess. We're 16th in upward mobility and #1 in wealth inequality of developed nations, and you have the nerve to say we cant get ahead because we're lazy. f*ck you. Allow me to better conceptualize this absurd notion; I owe them something despite having no involvement whatsoever in what occurred over a century prior to my existing? Which, they too, had not been subjugated to? No. They hadn't been subjugated to it, but are they still feeling the effects of it? Absolutely. Why else would they be far and away less well off than whites? Are you suggesting that they're inherently lazy? Because that's racist. And you and I may have no direct involvement, but we as a people collectively owe them. How hard is this to understand?
