No. It is quite sad but in my opinion there is more to do outside of the city than in the city. As it is I get in a nice off-road vehicle like the one Trevor uses for his ground based arms trafficking and well, 10 seconds in a straight line and I am pretty much out of the desert. Kinda fail. It's a pretty cool map - but all the talk about how it was the biggest map ever in GTA... which it is... but it's practically all useless to me. Majority of it is water and mountains.
