By the ship building facilities on the water facing south on Elysian Island, get into a Nagasaki Dingy boat drive a 100 feet from the dock u just left, getting out of the drivers seat in this boat puts u into the water, once u r in u have scuba gear on,dive down to the sunken freighter in the front of it on the bottom floor search around for $11,000 in glowing briefcase, RPG their to all shark free. 2nd location is northeast of the previous dive. just east of the SS Bulker are 2 similar bridges, designed to raise for large ships to pass through, between them on the oil derek side is a sunken barge with $7500, SMG, AK47, grenades, health, armor and between the railroad bridge supports are Sticky bombs. just cruise between the 2 sites for all the loot and weapons on the dingy, if you get on land the gear falls off. both locations r shark free. if u take the Zancudo river u can make it to the Alamo Sea, i went under there too, not much down there, no Nagasaki Dingy boats there at all as well.

when swimming with sharks it appears that if u r wearing the scuba gear and show as much agression towards them underwater that they will not kill u and will eventually leave u alone all together. i swam underwater from the crashed C17 off of the runway at ft zancudo to the crashed passenger jet a couple of inches up the map. i also swam under water to the submarine pen, the 1st pen got me 4 stars by the time i got to the 2nd the called off the search, nothing down there. on the east coast there is an inlet and large but short cave, diving there will get u a grenade launcher, round capacity is 10/10 and a full load will require more than one dive.
