There's times I have just stood NEAR a cop, and the cop will start sh*t talking something, and then I get a star out of NOWHERE, and start getting shot at. I love the new cop system in terms of how to escape during chases/vision cones, etc, but the police logic while on foot, etc is insanely flawed. It's kinda funny but can be very annoying. Like someone said, they don't even attempt to arrest you at all anymore it seems, they just start shooting for absolutely no reason.
