FrozenInferno Posted September 26, 2013 Share Posted September 26, 2013 I'm WELL past the "Mr. Phillips" mission requirement supposedly needed to play Trevor's "Minute Men" S&F missions, but the "?" has never once appeared on my map to start the first Civil Border Patrol mission. I've checked out some video comments on YouTube and apparently I'm not the only person who can't access these missions even though the "Mr. Phillips" mission is long since completed. I've been spending a couple of hours a day for the past week or so trying to find a Sabre Turbo and I found out that one of them spawns near the start point for the final "Minute Men" mission but I can't begin the mission string to get there. OF COURSE the one set of S&F missions I actually want to do so I can get this car is the one that is glitching out for me, making my hunt for a Sabre Turbo all the more frustrating. Does anybody have any ideas on what to do to get those missions unlocked? Anybody else have trouble accessing them? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

silent1121 Posted September 27, 2013 Share Posted September 27, 2013 im having the exact same problem...i was just scanning thru the strategy guide to see what missions i still havent done yet becuz ive done all the strangers and freaks missions so far except for the ones that havent been unlocked yet becuz of story progression and i currently just did the fame or shame story mission and i noticed that the minute men mission line never appeared for me either and its wierd cuz i have googled it many times and i cant seem to find any information as to why this is happening meaning it must b either rare or people just arent noticing it...its kinda pissin me off cuz i been working towards 100% completion from the get go and to not be able to complete that mission is gonna ruin that for me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
