Im stuck with Franklin and nothing to do

So I went back and started over because I wasnt happy with the option I chose at the end.

 

Im now an hour or 2 in with Franklin, Ive banged 3 lapdancers and seems like all Ive done is get lapdances in between doing pick up truck jobs.

 

I have no missions on, whenever I go to Simeans garage its closed and theres no missions available at all. Im just driving around waiting for Micheals introduction. Been like this for ages now.

 

Is there something I need to do to trigger it?
