Purchased vehicles and spawning

Currently in the middle of a play through but I had some questions that I am having trouble finding the answers to:

 

Do purchased cars/helicopters/planes respawn, even if they are blown up or lost? (I.E. will I lose my million dollar car in a minute?)

 

How many cars can fit in the player garages?

 

By the end of the story missions, is it possible to actually buy all the properties? Or does the player have to wait for DLC or GTA Online to be able to do that?

Ones you purchase SHOULD repawn but a glitch means people are losing them which R* are trying to fix.

 

By the end including spaces and attached to property probably 10- 12 cars per person. A lot of these are spaces or in drives etc. Pure garages I'd say 6 per person (may be wrong on that).

 

No. You can buy about 14(?) commercial properties plus docks, hangers, helipads etc.
