Yes, it does. However, you can't make any visual modifications to it, outside of wheels, paint, windows and lights. Unfortunately correct. Here's two clean ones I found just last night, same beach as before. The Rat Loader was modded to have no bed.. and the Rebel was modded to have no roll bars. I understand that they cleaned the rat loader (shouldve only cleaned the no bed ones) but removing the rebel because theres a bar missing... oh rockstar. The clean version has a CB radio supposedly.Both are awesome trucks to off-road in and perform identically when modded. But the Rusty version has more body options(trophy truck type options). The clean version you can't add or remove the bull bar, bed rails and lights, or skid plate. So if you're going to go with the clean version make sure you get what you want before you dump money in modding it. I personally prefer the rusty version.
