iFruit App Vehicles

I was excited for the iFruit app to come out because from what people have told me you were going to be able to buy different vehicles and be able to customize parts that you couldn't in-game, plus lots more. So far That hasn't been true except the lisence plate. Is the App completely finished or will they add on new features such as being able to buy new cars and whatnot?
