Police helicopters are SO annoying

I know it's based on an area in the US and the US do love their guns and being trigger friendly/shooting people, but who else gets frustrated at the police helicopters? I try to have a good shoot out with the old bill and then suddenly I'm dead because a couple of guys sat on the edge of a copter have shot me.

 

Do they really have police in America sitting on the edge of helicopters with automatics when there is some gun related crime going on?

Yeah I know they have, but this is the first time they've really got in the way. Even the foot police are so much more hands on than the previous games.

its actually really easy to shoot the gunners out of the choppers so that doesnt bother me (use default aiming) by that time you need to be trying to get the f*ck outta there if you plan on living, you'll eventually be outgunned

I havent really had a problem with them mainly cause I have auto aim on.. and this is one of the first gtas where is actually auto aims on the choppers with ease so I usually shoot them down right away.. but i think there should be like a 5 or 10 minute break in between each chopper cause without that its a little to hard and its harder to get away

I agree 100%. It would be one acceptable if you only had to shoot the gunners dead, but no, the programmers of the game wanted the helicopter to leave and be immediately replaced by another one with more gunner, just in a matter of seconds. No change at all from gta 4...it's so annoying.

I agree with the spawning, but at the same time this is also something that made gta IV less satisfying In the terms on multiplayer think about the shoot out's youll have it will be more difficult and more interesting with cops that are stronger and heli's that spawn more often perhaps even a Heli Watcher position is even applicable for one of your heist members to specifically kill and watch for them.
