Cell phone internet glitch after the "Minor turbulence" missio

It's nice to see that your Problems were solved, but this bug appeared a month ago on my own game. This happened after the update 1.11 (I'm not sure if it was before or after 1.12) and before 1.13. I was hoping 1.13 would fix that, but no...

 

I can't open the Internet and besides that I can't replay missions because the game asks me if I wan't to make a restore Point. If I continue then it keeps asking me over and over as long as I confirm.

If i leave the message, than I'm not able to move the character anymore.

Both Problems appeared at the same time.

 

The bugs and glitches in this game are really annoying. Rockstar should rather fix the issues in singleplayer instead of adding thousand of things to GTA Online.
