Decoding the Mount Chiliad Mural

I wish I had a copy of GTAIV to check out the Illuminati stuff on the internet. Makes me wonder if all the stuff in V is a continuation of what little stuff was hinted at in the game before it. Like maybe there are clues hidden on the website. There's plenty of stuff about aliens and the eye on there and I honestly never knew about that site the entire time I was playing that game. You can watch a video of it on YouTube and pause it to see there are comments by people from Los Santos. There's one guy asking about cults in LS. There's another section called 'smoke and mirrors' and has a picture of the solar system with a giant eye as the sun.

I thought that like a month ago. I was on IV last night but was to busy just playing around. I think I'll go back and look on the internet on it.

The Kortz center has an Egypt exhibit with an eye on its banner. There are vertical columns coming from the ground in an up and down wave pattern on the road way below Kortz. Two pair of these line structures can be found down there. And the concrete barrier between the looks like the line connecting ufo to Jetpack glyph. Also there are 3 statutes of what seem to be eggs ( one more so than the others. Plus the murals grid lines look a lot like the Kortz center architecture. This is just stuff I'm currently looking into. Maybe nothing?

 

Did anyone end up taking a look into this guys post?

R* removed the faceless suit/anon/MiB and added "Nobody REALLY cares! About Los Santos!"

The suit makes me think this is related, but doesn't really help.

The second thing is to do with the Kortz Center. Although Pharaoh's Riches is spelled correctly on the banners with an eye of Horus on them, on the building itself, by the entrance to the exhibit, it is spelled Pharoes Riches. No apostrophe. I noticed the misspelling and couldn't find an anagram, but thankfully Reddit had already solved that step.

Pharoes is an anagram of Sephora which is the company being mocked with the Pharaoh shop in Del Perro where there appears (to me) to be another puzzle relating to the symbols down either side of the door.

Barnstorm is a strange word to use and given Shaftonetwoone's riddles I'd guess that it was used on purpose instead of "brainstorm". The barn in the altruist camp appears to be the one with the bunker door under it. So maybe something to do with the barn during a storm. It can also refer to trick flying, but I can't see how that would help unless you had to fly upside down. Some of the images of the sun seem to be off axis. Particularly ones of the setting or rising sun. Half sun, half water. In a later post Shaft says:

Shaft also said that the three symbols in the boxes at the bottom relate to the three characters and I'm currently thinking that we have to find five UFO's using conditions explained somewhere and that the last three have to be found with the specific character referenced. I think there are UFO's above the Altruist camp and above The Lost camp where glyphs can be seen. I can't be certain, but I'm pretty sure I couldn't see the Sandy Shores UFO without a helicopter. I was also unable to find the FZ UFO without using a military vehicle (still testing that) and I haven't had the conditions to see the Mt. Chiliad UFO so I haven't seen it at all. It's just an idea. I did think Shaft was a troll, but the more I read his posts, the more he seems to be vindicated with recent finds. I'm happy to continue investigating stuff based on his posts even if nobody else is. As Robin Williams says in Awakenings "People told me it was impossible. I know that now. I proved it."

Guys we need to pick one or two theories and work with them. We can either bust a theory and move on, or find more info on it and expand. It seems like that's how we used to do things, and that was working for awhile.

How bout the Air Trafficking Missions? I know that we can keep going back to Mackenzie field to play anytime, but these are also some of the only missions where we get to actually use heavy explosives. If we could use them on the right target, we may be able to blast open a path.

Things I've noticed, that need confirmation:

1) once you fly close enough to one of the Targets (red blip, and red flare), you can hear and see the bomb cargo door open at the bottom of the plane (Red Cuban 800 w/ white stripes) from this point, it will remain open.

2) Once the hatch opens you can missfire one bomb and still complete the mission.

3) By bombing the train, you can knock it off the rail. (Only time you can do this, other than an earlier heist.

4) If the mission is timed, you can fail by running out of time before completing your airstrikes.

5) if the mission is not timed, you can fail by straying to far away from your targets.

6) you fail is you have too few bombs remaining to complete the mission.

7) You can use 1 bomb to drop on any target of your choosing, AFTER you've flown close enough to a target.

8) you must complete the mission for any progress to have been saved.

9) and most importantly, if we blow something up using our bomb, will the target still be affected after mission complete? Or does it default back to normal.

And Druminator, I feel the same way about the camp. Seems like a great spot to check during foggy, rainy, or Lightning weather. If you tell me what you've tried, I could start checking other options in there, and ill gladly add to any list you wanna make, with stuff I've checked as well.

Back to this. Anyone else have any luck with Makenzie field and some of this?

One of interesting thing ive seen that I haven't noticed garner any attention.

At the Police Station, with the Car Impound in LS, you can enter the Station through a main entrance. There is body armor behind a tree, and straight behind that is the hall leading to the stairwell. The room directly left of the hall leads to the Armory. You can enter this room without getting stars,and you can also fire your weapon in the crowded police station without any wanted level being called. Strange!

Also, there are 3 sets of keys behing the black gating. One is hooked on the gating, one on the desk and one more that is on the left side hanging on the gating. You can shoot and move them around the room, but i cant find a way to grab them. There is also a safe in the back of the room. Would really like to know if anyone else has encountered this before? Will be back with a picture within a 1/2 hour.

Aw, that's a shame. He was a funny little smack-talkin', foot-stompin' Rumpleforeskin on angel dust type of character. And I think that we should stop referring to these guys by their handles, anymore. its not right for people to talk all kinds of stuff about someone who is banned, and can't defend themselves. i dont care how wrong, egotistical, and smug people can get, the downright bullying, and bashing needs to chill the eff out. at the end of the day, its just a video game, and all of us have separate lives, and families that we need to interact and take care of on a daily basis. what i'm trying to say is, whatever someone on this thread, or on any online blog for that matter, has something idiotic, stupid, assanine, or hurtful, just laugh it off and go about your business. Thats basically what I did. i had been reading the forum for a while, and got really wrapped up into it quickly. i had never posted on a forum, until I posted here. thought i made a huge discovery, and joined up to share the results. Fact is, i was wrong, and made a blithering idiot of myself. although a lot of people ridiculed me, send me nasty pm's, and harrassed me, I stepped back, laughed at myself for making such a knee jerk reaction, and then went on with the game. after that, i decided to not make too many proclomations, and just settled with helping out where I can. because really, none of us truly know if there is a Jetpack, or Flyable UFO, or whatever the heck that damn egg is supposed to be, but we are all just trying to help out in some way or another. so, how about we make a truce amongst the Men and Women of this Forum, to cease the verbal assaults on each other, and instead, do one of two things,

 

1) Tell them kindly to read the Links that Hakotot provided for us earlier, and if they have any further questions, to pm you. if you've been here for a it, try and mentor some of these folks. the more peeps we get caught up to speed, the less nonsense will clog the board.

 

or 2) Bite your lip, pretend you don't see the post, get up take a leak, grab a drink, come back, and forget what you saw. it'll make for a lot less posts getting made regarding nonsense. I think this could help us in not having as many ideas get buried by the same 3 questions, answers, and arguments. Plus, who knows who is on the other end of the computer. Might be someone emotionally unstable, who may do or harm something or someone because he/she was made fun of for a post. Noone wants that.

 

Last I'll say on this. Let's please promise each other to be civil, helpful, and proud members of a strong cohesive unit. If we can put aside our differences, and work together again, we may still have a chance, but if it keeps going on like this, we're either gonna have to find a new room, or give up. I hope neither come true, as I thoroughly enjoy searching and helping with whatever time I can dedicate. Happy holidays to all a ya'll! And seriously, lets leave B, alone.
