Hey Idk if this has been spotted, just thought it was interesting, just west of zancudo base at the edge of the viewable underwater part of the map is a large what appears to be whale bones. Can't seem to upload a pic from my phone

I'm in the bunker at Zancudo right now and the green lights just came down, but the design is different than the one I usually get. Its not the one with the big green dot in the middle. Will post a pic as soon as I figure out how.

 

has this happened w anyone else?

if you read the game file hunt topic (only 20 pages) you would know how far into the files we are and that we have tools for people (a google map ffs) and lists of coordinates that need checking over!! Its simple... you take an xyz coordinate, put it in the google map provided in the game file mystery hunt topic and that i posted a few pages back, then you go to that location and say either hey its nothing or i just found this everyone... simples.

 

I've read the thread, but I only understood portions of it. I also saw your post a few pages back. Like previous grid searches, I think it should probably be made into its own thread unless you want the file thread to be cluttered with what everyone finds at those locations. A quick tutorial on what the coordinates are in the files and how to input them into the map would help. Also, you should tell us what you want done and how it should be listed once we're done with a specific file.

The Altruist caves Sun painting is upside down. Just an observation. Also as someone waaay back mentioned before, the utility poles inside their camp have yellow and grey dashes on them. Looking into this I noticed they are all the same except for one, It's pattern is different.

That's the thing though. There's so much stuff that I don't know what I'm supposed to even look at. I also don't understand the majority of it, so I don't know what files I'm supposed to pick to input in the map. Here are some questions not applied to you, but some that would apply to my previous post. What files should be applied to the map? What are the correct coordinates in a file to input in the map? Take this one for example:

 

-138.2794, 4619.4224, 125.2016, 0xC417E7B9, cs1_12_tunnel02_end

 

There are 3 numbers, but only 2 coordinates options in the Google map. Which ones do you pick? What do you want explained once we do get there and look at it? Is there something specific we should also try while we're there? Should we take a picture of it? Should we add a marker to the map if it's nothing, something that we think is important, or just leave that to someone else? Do you want the findings in the files thread? How will we know if a file has already been tried? Will we have to search through the thread to figure that out?

 

Those are just some questions that would make things alot easier for people and it would make searching faster if we had specifics. Going through the thread with someone like me, would be like handing an illiterate computer person a computer repair manual and telling them to figure it out. That's just my suggestion on what to do that I think would help if you want more people besides just the small group in that thread to help search.

First 2 numbers are Longitude and Latitude, you want those.

 

the third is a Z Coordinate, it tells you the height of the object after you have zeroed in on it's "X".
