to everyone was questioning the 500,000 on the uv map

But if it has been then...

It seams like a lot to give up just to get a ps2 mem card

But the real question is...

is their a ps2 in the game besides Franklin's room at his aunts

Because if their is not then how do you use this item?

Because by the time you get the ps2 mem card...

you no longer have access to that room anymore

If it does happen, I did it by having my millions in stocks but 500,000 cash, could it be different if you only had 500,000 and nothing else?

About the minigun weapon crates mission. I just wanted to share that I did that mission by waiting near FortZancudo. After killing the convoy and taking the truck I tried to deliver the crates at FortZancudo. The funny thing was they actually opened the stickthing at the entrance allowing me in. I got close to, what i later found out to be, the allmighty bunker before i got spotted and killed.

 

I probably got lucky with the distance inside. And it is probably nothing, as evidenced by the fact that I DID get attacked eventually. But I never encountered a moment where they actually let me in the fort without stars.

 

With the talk about those crates being the secret weapon I will replay this mission tomorrow to see whats the deal. Although I guess you need the minigun if you want any chance at Paleto Bay heist.

This is what i've posted on the file hunt thread and it's exactly what i think should be the next step:

 

I think that with all the data that the File Hunting Team is providing, when the final map is available, there should be some coordinated effort (specific thread) to fully check each and every single thing of interest found on the game files, ie new grid search, but with a narrow search area, some discipline, as possible, and with a lot more hunters/eyes supporting it.

The egg is the little blue thing on the steps. (Yes, the asteroid is huge)

Edit: get your asses over there and looking for some of the coordinates or give your input on things guys, look at the 2 crates... obviously different.

As a side note, those two lit up rectangles on the door to the observatory have polygons of their own, and there are no matching polygons on the other side of the door, so there's no chance they'll light up at any point

i made a quick dirty uv map for the egg. Put the bump and texture on it. Its not quite right....the white should be see through to the under layer of the egg i think

I'm talking about finding things free roaming around the map, not search through the game files, which is not an option for everyone and is, to my mind, kind of pointless seeing as there will be quite a lot of dead ends and files linked to future DLC.

well then you are not looking hard enough mate, jeez im going bed... if you read the game file hunt topic (only 20 pages) you would know how far into the files we are and that we have tools for people (a google map ffs) and lists of coordinates that need checking over!! Its simple... you take an xyz coordinate, put it in the google map provided in the game file mystery hunt topic and that i posted a few pages back, then you go to that location and say either hey its nothing or i just found this everyone... simples.

If you do check it out, do it before you go back to the destination or else they'll disappear if go to the end and you let them out of your site.

 

 

 

The asteroid and egg look pretty cool, but it kind of reminds me of either DLC or cut content. I could see the egg maybe being in the game, but not the asteroid. It does look hopeful though that there is still stuff to find.

speaking of asteroids wtf is that in upper left corner? too cold to b sun mabey moon but with the asteroid in files could that be its place till its triggered? when lookin at sun round 3pm zoom in and look to left n a little up and ull notice a tiny cirlce almost like a cloud it dosent follow sun it just sits there

Pretty sure that was a map of peoples favorite spots on the map. It was a user generated map.
