I found something while going for 100 %. I found it next to the Altruist cult on the side of the Chiliad Mountain...don't know what it is but it looks like the same symbols in the other pictures. I didnt know how to directly put it on here so i uploaded to imgur.

So I am assuming underneath the wooden platform on the mountain where that red alien spaceship glyph is,directly above that will be the UFO? Sorry I just havent seen it

I just used invincibility cheat to enter the prison and couldnt find anything at block 9A as said on the blueprint map. Im not on 100% yet though so im not sure. There's a control tower with an interior and an entry hatch made of bulletproof and blastproof glass from the top. I have no idea how to get there

The hatching egg is often referred to as gaining full enlightenment in Epsilon (so finding all tracts). As luck would have it, there are 5 missing tracts. Notice the reoccurring number 5. What I think is that each UFO somehow holds or at least hints towards a missing tract. And when you collect all tracts (hatching egg), you are one step closer to getting the jetpack.

That explains the order the glyphs are in: UFOs lead to enlightenment, which in turn leads to the jetpack.

So there are 4 UFOs (so far) just for the lulz? If it was one UFO, sure, just an easter egg. But multiple UFOs? Something's up. And the mural means nothing, right? No, let's ignore the hatching egg and the jetpack, it must mean nothing... You can't be serious. I don't know if there's a jetpack, but what I DO know is that there are 5 glyphs pointing towards 5 UFOs and that there are 5 Epsilon tracts missing. This can't be a coincidence and you know it.

Maybe someone with 100% can do the same to see if something shows up.

I did the same and im 100%. Didnt find anything strange

The jetpack will show at some point... its propably connected to the FIB like the UFO.

 

And the sattelite recievers in the desert, where one of them points towards Fort Zancudo is actually pointing towards the Sonar dock

You keep claiming these is a jetpack just because there is a guy with a jetpack near a mountain and UFOs doesn't mean there is a jetpack. And you think this isn't a coincidence since Jetpacks are rare and usually talked about alot and the fact that it is a mountain relating to a cult means there is a jetpack? Obviously any cult will make depreciate mountains with magic people on jetpacks which people talk about alot. And why the hell would rockstar want us to do some crazy ass sh*t for hours to get a jetpack that you would have no way of getting more fuel unless you did the same lengthy process again? Besides hackers would've found jetpacks and rockstar social club doesn't have any evidence of it.

THERE IS NOTHING INSIDE THE MOUNT CHILIAD.

 

First, i want to apologize about my english, not my language.

 

So i was able to go inside the Mount CHilliad using

.

 

With Moon gravity, and a parachute, I flew inside the Mount Chiliad, trying to spot any suspicious room ( or something else )

I don't have 100% still so idk if anything would be out there without it. Also they could just be in the background and you get eaten by a shark before you reach it.

I had a dream last night that I contacted R* regarding another game of theres. I made myself sound younger and the guy felt sorry that I was having such trouble. Then after he helped me I threw in the fact that I was going to search for the Jetpack near the cannibal cave because of the murial at the lift station.

 

He asked what website I used, because he thought a bunch of kids where pulling my leg. I told him and he was like mmmm, ok but DONT USE WINDOWS do you hear me?! I was like oook. Then he was like hold on a sec.....everything was muffled like he was half covering a phone. I heard his muffled voice ask a coworker something like.

 

Him: Hey Jim is there a jetpack in the new GTA game?

Coworker: huh

Him: Im trying to help out this kid before he spends numerous hours trying to go to some dumb cave he heard about.

Coworker: Oh man definetly! The murial is definetly part of the in game process there are even little grey alie........

 

then it went silent and seconds later a women who spoke broken english picked up

 

Her: Hello?

Me: Yeah umm I was just on hold

Her: Oh with big office? Si?

Me: ummm yes. can you please reconnect me??!!

 

Then I woke up.

oh well.

I am so angery yet determined to figure this damn thing out !

The honest truth is there is no jetpack... I'm not really interested in jetpacks I prefer helicopters and planes, but jetpacks sure are interesting unfortuantely there is no jetpacks.
