Ok so maybe there is something in that? i mean only one in the game at first then after the final epsilon mission you get another with the plate you mentioned. Maybe the first was meant for something and the last was offered to remind us of it's importance because we didn't see it in the first place? Could be of absolutley no importance what so ever but if it is important then at least it has been logged in this thread for future reference.

Ive tried to follow moneymakers posts and do see what he's getting at but the big blocks of text and not using paragraphs make it hard for me personally to read so have skipped most of the content. I know for fact im not alone.

Moneymaker, dont loose heart because of this thread, ive just about had enough of it and its killed my gameplay fun. You can post somthing like 'hidden hatch in a garage' and not one person will comment on it. Thats the level were at.

 

Im currently searching the map by myself because i dont trust people who post back after 10 minutes that theyve searched an area and not found anything. An area ive searched myself and found lots of interesting things.

Fact is im not looking for a jetpack, I'm looking for clues or eggs. Ive found a lot so far, some have even made me laugh out loud but i know posted in this thread they are a waste of time so i now enjoy them to myself and save my time and patience by not worrying about this thread and those in it.

 

 

 

On another note, i know it will fall on deaf ears but,

Seems logical but then not everything in this game follows logic. I am going to take cargobob out and see if the tractor is usable anywhere. No uphills though haha.

Just out of curiousity has anyone found more of those tractors from the last epsilon mission? I found one at the house over looking the lighthouse. Just trying to see if it has any significance to anything as in is it unique? Not so sure it is now.

You need to kill them all to get gold on that mission and R* made an achievment for getting all missions gold so i realy doubt it's usefull

Making a tractor that important to skip an achievment for wouldnt make sense imo

but you never know

there is a drainage tunnel close to the train tunnel entrance.

its high enough to walk/drive in but has bars in front of it, you can see it goes to another tunnel that goes two ways.

these tunnels aren't on the map.

I wonder if you could enter them in some way.

its in the sea! crashed 1. just guessed from what lay on each side of the image i made to show 3 sides is how it was meant to be viewed from. because the ufo is not directly inline i went on all other reasoning that R* had created when designing this.

they didnt make it that easy so an infant would see it in a day. i got original point from plotting lines from hippy camp/altruists & dignity village, that didnt show much till i realized the line from hippy site through top of chiliad lined up with clucknbell. as others here were already thinking about that, i thought it could be the key to explaining the wrong glyph positions on the mural & it did.

when i did the jetpack image i just guessed that i should atleast run line from top of chiliad through midpoint of bottom line of side 2 of my mountain image, when i tried it went straight over zancudo. so my theory was half right, you need another point if u want to find exact spot, so eliminated all other options til alien welcome house, & plotted it after i sorted a 2nd point to give its true facing direction, drew the line & the result was what i posted.

i actually knew i wouldnt be believed so made sure i could prove it so i got 2 exact points from the house as accurate as i could & showed how i did it on my post when i posted the image. Posted my findings then get rubbished continually? yet people will believe any other rubbish that could never matchup or provide evidence ive seen posted?

wish it landed on a tunnel now & you would all be cheering me i bet? seems like so many have tunnels on the brain in here lol

The UFO above the bunker at Fort Zancudo was found very quickly without having to rely on a map like the one you've drawn.

 

Guess what? I could take ANY location on the map and draw a straight line from it to the bunker. The house has NO relevance and your line has no relevance. If you believe it has relevance, find the jetpack that you believe is there and prove me wrong.

Because we don't know how to read the mural right and not finding any clues right now doesn't mean it's dead or the jetpack isn't there. We know nothing to very little. This will take some time, a long time.

I agree that people are becoming over obsessed with this and really, everyone needs to just stop it. There isn't a jetpack in this game and one will never be added as DLC. Guess what? There wasn't one in GTA IV either, or any of the DLCs for that game. Whine and bitch as much as you want but there isn't anything else major to find.

 

Want the mural 'decoded'? It never will be. The symbols are too obscure and misleading for the majority because they are obsessing over one tiny detail. Also, people are taking things too literally and not appreciating that the symbols can be representative and not a direct correlation between image and object.

 

The only thing we have ALL proven is that we have too much time on our hands. We should concentrate our efforts on cataloguing all of the other references and just stay away from this whole conspiracy malarkey. Maybe taking a break will make things fresh for us all?

Yes, the UFO above the Fort, because that's the ONLY thing you will find that's out of the ordinary. No, no thought or method was used, no-one wasted hours of their life drawing meaningless lines on a map AND THEY STILL FOUND IT.

 

You're expecting to find a jetpack underneath the bunker? At the location that is going to be used for a mission for GTA O where the Vagos will steal an artefact from the Fort? That's why there is an enterable bunker with an elevator there, no other reason.

 

Prove me wrong, find the jetpack and f*cking fly around in it to your hearts content, pooting across the sky like a magical hovering bastard.

Hi guys. I've been following this topic since its inception and have been very interested in the progression of theories. Unfortunately, we are still without a jetpack.

Anyway, I have two quick things that I've noticed that may point us in the right direction.

First, I've been looking a lot at connections between GTA SA and GTA V. Perhaps the location and method of unlocking the jetpack in GTA SA provides some sort of clue as to where/how the jetpack may be in GTA V. Both cities are supposed to be the very similar and therefore it might lead to a clue for unlocking the jetpack through some sort of trigger.

 

Second, and I think this is the most exciting, I have looked at the cheats from GTA SA and GTA V. I figured why look for the jetpack through hours of exploration when I can prove its existence though cheats. At least if it's somehow in the game (though a code), then it may be in the game through exploration.

Anyhow, what I found was that most of the cheats from GTA SA match GTA V with one difference: the directional inputs. For instance:

 

Example 1: Parachute Code (PS3)
GTA SA: L, R, L1, L2, R1, R2, R2, U, D, R, L1
GTA V: L, R, L1, L2, R1, R2, R2, L, L, R, L1

 

Example 2: Lower Wanted Level (PS3)

GTA SA: R1, R1, Circle, R2, U, D, U, D, U, D

GTA V: R1, R1, Circle, R2, R, L, R, L, R, L

 

So as you can see, there is a pattern here. I haven't checked this in game yet, (I'm actually typing this at work, which is where this hit me). Here is the jetpack code from GTA SA.

 

Jetpack Code (PS3)

GTA SA: L, R, L1, L2, R1, R2, U, D, L, R

 

So following the pattern the code for GTA V should be:

GTA V: L, R, L1, L2, R1, R1, ?, ?, ?, ?

 

I'm going to check this when I get home to see if I can crack the code but if anyone else thinks they can figure it out, that would give me a head start.

 

Sorry for the long post guys, I'm just trying to connect the dots like everyone else. Let's get that jetpack!
