Decoding the Mount Chiliad Mural

Sorry i am pretty tired worked my arse off to hopefully make some progress on this, & everything i have given regarding the mural, meaning of lines on the mural, why you have to look at chiliad in 3 parts as its not flat, & has glyphs on 3 sides so overlaying would never work, created overhead image of how the mt chiliad should have been viewed as to get the glyphs in 10mins like i did & it all just gets overlooked or rubbished yet i bet nobody even checked once? so it gets pretty disheartening when you feel you have wasted days & if anybody actually really wanted to solve this they could have least looked?

i checked every clue, link etc that i saw that had some merit to it that everybody else posted. I guess thats why i knew the city was not worth checking? because what i see is obvious, many others dont

anyways i am heading to bed, take from that image what you think? like i said its up to you!

if you cant even read two plotted lines crossing a point as something? like i said i cant teach you all basic map cross referancing from 2 chosen points & not feel im wasting my time?

this is from my earlier post & why i started to look for more clues!

egg on side 1 of mt chiliad, ufo on side 3, so only left side 2 that had to be jetpack direction if i was right? did research, redid map above with better accuracy & eliminated all possible places to get the alien house which crossed the path of chiliad line right ontop of the bunker in fort zancudo! im done! i am too tired to even explain common sense like "why the alien house?" isnt it obvious???

 

 

I can read it, but why you chose to draw two lines in that way beggars belief.

 

First of all, you haven't matched up the location of the glyphs correctly on the side of Mt Chiliad, that's what the mural is for after all.

Secondly, the symbols at the bottom don't necessarily mean what you think they mean, otherwise you would have found a cracked egg at the location you marked.

Thirdly, the UFO isn't even where you marked it as option 3. You've just put a three randomly down.

Fourthly, you've eliminated other more obvious contenders just for something you though was weird based upon where randomly spawning pedestrians are facing, completely ignoring locations where other, more tangible clues are present.

Fifthly, it doesn't matter where that house is located because of course you would be able to draw a straight line from there to the Fort. It could have been located under the water and it wouldn't have mattered.

 

All you have done is gone "right, here's a straight line from Chiliad to the Fort, but I won't explain why I drew that there. Then I've chosen this house as it looks a bit weird and OH MY f*ckING GOD GUYS, YOU CAN DRAW A STRAIGHT LINE FROM THERE TO THE FORT TOO! Holy sh*tballs! This must be the answer! Well felch a goatherd and milk an otter this must be where the jetpack is for f*cking sure." and you haven't told us why you've done this in a clear manner.

 

How can we be expected to follow your theory when there is no theory explained to us?

LOL my point exactly! i have shown the lines are geographical parts (ridges,valleys etc) of mt chiliad days ago they made all the lines straight but they were just lines you followed to the glyphs. if you go back in the forum you may see the post i did about it?

There's the rub. I think the simple answer is that nobody has been able to come up with any reason for them. The underground tunnel thing is an easy way to explain them away, because there is obviously no way to prove or disprove this without gaining access to them. Other than that though, we haven't made head nor tail of them.

if the murals boxes really really show us the glyphs, then it would not make sense to look at them as a heist board? also there are some lines on the mural which will just connect some lines together. (look the left part of the mural) there are so many lines just connecting each other. ... that just doesnt make sense to me.... its weird.

Hopefully you'll be able to explain things more clearly to them then.

 

Mt Chiliad may be a three dimensional object, but when viewed in silouhette from the west, it matches the shape of the mural. When you place the Xes against the locations viewed on that silouhette it marks locations of the glyphs. But because of the natural 3D shape of the mountain when you get there, they aren't all forward facing.

 

This has been known about for weeks and your 'theory' that therefore this shows the exact locations of the UFO, the egg and the jetpack man is therefore disproved. Those locations you've marked have nothing at them, nothing that matches those symbols and nothing that could be represented by those symbols.

 

If you hypothesise that the items are 'underground' then you must discount the 3d shape of Chiliad entirely as you are then operating on a 2d vertical plane.

there is a drainage tunnel close to the train tunnel entrance.

its high enough to walk/drive in but has bars in front of it, you can see it goes to another tunnel that goes two ways.

these tunnels aren't on the map.

I wonder if you could enter them in some way.

What about that lame Tractor we got from the epsilon group? could that interact with the bars of the tunnel? IDK might be nothing. On another note though maybe the tractor is the key to interacting with the UFOs? I only say this because the tractor has no electrical components as far as i know.

Yes, the mural highlighting the location of the glyphs is common knowledge. The glyphs show the conditions needed to see the UFO at the top of Mount Chiliad, the symbols at the bottom highlight the locations of other UFOs in the game. There, solved, and I didn't needto spend 5 hours drawing inconsequential lines on pictures.

 

IF your 'findings' (I use that term extremely loosely) have any type of consequence then where is the UFO at point 3, the man using a jetpack at point 2 and the egg with the crack in it at point 1 on your map? There's nothing at those locations, so I can only assume you were stating that these things were underground? Instead of showing a bare patch of grass? If they had any relevance of course...

 

You haven't dug to any sort of depth, you've ignored evidence and proven theories and just plain made stuff up based upon wild conjecture to prove a point that means nothing. There is nothing at the Fort of any relevance other than the prototype stealth fighter flying above it. The location of this was already indicated by the symbol of the man flying the jetpack, itself a reference to GTA SA as you obtain the jetpack from a military base.

the lighthouse one is the only tractor in the game besides the kifflom one.

ppl say the kifflom tractor is another one because of the license plate

 

the tractor cannot be cargobobbed.

 

I think you can do something with it.

And R* put another one there if u choosed to kill the kifflom ppl and not take the kifftractor

only 1 was hard, the top far right on mural, & thats because i didnt want to risk falling when walking down the narrow gully, thats what the straight line to it represented, you just have to think outside the box & realize the lines were all drawn straight on mural, but mountain wasnt made of straight lines, so if you saw that you just looked at lines as a path u followed, if it went down on mural, it would be a path heading down mountain etc, only 2 lines go up at left side, because thats the path you followed to get round other side of mountain to carry on the trek to see the glyphs knowing where the glyphs would be when standing by them made it easy. hence why all but 1 has only 1 line into it, thats where they would be if u followed the trail. even that 1 with 2 lines meant you couls see it infront of u on the path or go down it & look up to see it.

Nah i went in with wanted stars and he ddnt make it after crying for 17 mins i couldnt resist to fill him up with stickies.

After i killed him i killed the 1 upstairs walked all the way down and killed soldiers for atleast 1.5 hours in the hope it would trigger something but nah they keep spawning

Ok so maybe there is something in that? i mean only one in the game at first then after the final epsilon mission you get another with the plate you mentioned. Maybe the first was meant for something and the last was offered to remind us of it's importance because we didn't see it in the first place? Could be of absolutley no importance what so ever but if it is important then at least it has been logged in this thread for future reference.
