Decoding the Mount Chiliad Mural

Has anyone actually managed to take control of the Fort or is it a myth? Are the military personnel not like the police outside of missions - they just constantly respwan until you're wasted?

A friend tried shooting them for 90 minutes. -nothing happened

 

 

If it isn't a myth then it'll likely be a case of getting to a certain point and wasting the right people but taking over the Fort is looking a bit far fetched. I still give it a go though.

I've been to the hippy camp once again and noticed something - the red arrow comes from the dead end which ends with "Beam me up," "Take to Uranus" graffiti and points to the red circles. I concluded what if the red circles show the clues for getting abducted.

One circle has two chairs and a barrel - maybe be with someone or find some nocturnal party, or find the party with someone

One circle has the car with an Ufo on top, therefore I concluded that it seems to either mean the Space Docker (Ufo Car), or that you need to be in a car beneath the Ufo.

Then there is the moon glyph on a red circular background, which seem to mean night; and finally there is the rain glyph.

Taking the clues into account, a theory could be created: on a rainy night travel to some place where something must be happening, and the event will happen.

Unanswered things: where the place is? What must be happening there? Is the space docker needed or just any car? Do I must bring someone with me or not?

And a final question: Is it a glitch if in a certain place cars, even the one you used to reach the place, disappear the moment I turn or walk several meters away from them, just like the Bigfoot after the Last One mission?

Hi i have been reading this forum since the game landed but have not heard anyone refer to something i experienced while in one of Trevors ground control missions from the abandoned airfield. I was in the buggy thing being chased by the rival runners when a UFO zoomed over me and seemed to be trying to catch me. I remember turning to my girlfriend screaming "WOah i just nearly got abducted by aliens. I am really very sorry as i don't remember the exact place i was as i was being chased at the time and was focusing on getting away from the rival runners. I do remember though i was somewhere north of the abandoned airfield not far from Mt Gordo.

 

I promise this is no joke as i wasn't goint to join the forum but felt i had to due to the fact that i haven't read anything even remeotely similar anywhere in this whole thread. I wasn't at 100% and hadn't even seen any other UFO in the game other than the one under water. When it happened Trevor was freaking out saying something about them trying to abduct him. Hope this helps people and if anyone would like to ask me anything i will try my best to give as much info as poss but as i wasn't expecting it i was taken totally by surprise.

 

I've had choppers chase me in those pickup missions. That is most likely what you were seeing.

 

Trust me it was a UFO with lights and everything. was making a screeming/wooshing noise. I have played the game enough to know the differnece between a chopper and a UFO lol. Purely wanted to put it out there and is your choice what you wish to believe. Just hope someone else has experieneced this or will at some point.

I have done all the ground and air missions but did not experience this. By abandoned airfield, do you mean the one in Grapeseed which Trevor has to buy to trigger the gun running missions for Oscar?

 

Yes the one Trevor buys. I was in a small town with buildings and in background was mount gordo.

It looked similar to the one above the hippy camp but kind of looked smaller if you get me. There was also another car driving crazy that smashed into one of the buildings and the UFO hovered over that car and zoomed of. I tried looking behind me to see where it went but as i was still being chased by the runners and the UFO was gone. I swear on my life it happened. My girlfiend was laughing her head of at me calling me a nerd lol.

just one thought. what if the eye on top of the mural does represent the observatory. perhaps it is possible under the right conditions to enter the elevator that is on the right side in front of the observatory.

the line straight down from the eye on the mural could mean this elevator brings us to an easter egg?

 

I'm at 100% and have looked but haven't found anything so far - but maybe there is something.

on the left side theres a cage with a big transformator.

perhaps you can somehow trigger this elevator?

Try to reproduce it and take a pic. It would be the best EasterEgg/Event since the Chilliad UFO sighting.

 

 

 

I have read about those abduction, but I never took it seriously. I will try and replay Trevor's missions maybe I will expierence the same thing.

As stated in my post! i looked at all options but none of them made any sense! a house that has a sign saying 'welcome aliens' with people who sit day & night looking in a direction with nothing but sky, hills & a worksite below doesnt seem odd to you? yet 2 other supposed ufo's are in plain view the other directions?

Like i said in the post, i provided the info from obvious observations. Take it as you like? why would i care if you disagree? but check yourself if want? i did all the hard work & you just need to recheck if you want.

I find it quite amusing when in less than a week on this forum i have given you so much info, provided proof & reason & many just sit and go "HUH?!?!?" this is maybe why its taken so long for some to find anything worth even 10 cents let alone the jetpack!

Try to reproduce it and take a pic. It would be the best EasterEgg/Event since the Chilliad UFO sighting.

 

I am going to try and find the exact spot it happened as i know i will recognise it. Was a T junction with small buildings, When i turned right at the T junction i was then driving toward the fields with polly tunnels i think. If i find anything else i will let you know however due to the fact i am on Mobile Broadband uploading pics etc costs me a fortune but i will try. Also i have searched many other forums and even googled to see if anyone else has mentioned anything like this but found nothing anywhere. I can't be the only one as that wouldn't make sense. Maybe this has something to do with the beam me up part of the hippy camp. I want to crack this as much as anyone hence why i joined the forum to share.

most of the ufo stories i know have something to do with jets, passenger planes or little planes like we have in GTA V, maybe thats why they put all of those in? Maybe we have to be flying in a plane to get the ufo's to chase us/appear? i dont remember any helicopter stories where people have seen a ufo. Good idea? Bad idea?

You have an observatory with an Illuminati all-seeing eye on an obelisk, a museum with deliberately misspelt signs, a movie studio with people dressed as aliens and astronauts, a restaurant at an airport in the shape of a UFO called Sightings, a Ripleys Believe It Or Not reference with a model of a UFO outside it, a model dinosaur/rocket/UFO/Chicken at various locations around the map, Bigfoot, UFOs, ghosts and serial killers.

 

Some people sat outside a house isn't weird.

The city has not provided a single clue or anything at all regarding this, i discounted it ages ago & thats why i wouldnt use a point in town.

The shapes around chiliad were from an earlier post i did today showing how the glyphs & mural were actually sposed to be viewed. Im wondering why i joined this forum from all the rest now when every bit of work ive done nobody has even bothered to look? ive matched up the mural, explained the lines & why overlay of the mural on the mountain side would never work & provided all evidence to boot!

Am I missing something? How did you determine the red dots that provide the rectangle based on the centre of Chilliad? I get that one is the sunken UFO - what is the significance of the other points?

I think I'm going a lil crazy here, but I was roaming around downtown doing all the stupid crap I need to accomplish to get 100% and i stumbled upon this bump in the grass that was emanating a weird "alienesque" sound, no lie... The sound stopped when the sun came up. Freaking weird, almost like something is buried there... Waiting for night time to again to check it out...

BTW, I've already collected all of the space ship parts and gotten the space docker so it's def not a stray space part making the sound...

I hear weird sounds all the time in the game .Always very random . That noise the spaceship part makes , i hear it all the time . I think they just throw in all those creepy noises to throw you off .

As far as i remember the sound was similar to the hippy camp ufo except it was moving and seemed to sound like something moving at high speed(Woooshing noise) Not sure if that makes sense but best i can do. It wasn't the same noise as the docker though. SO much was going on at the time so i don't remember word for word but he mentioned the ship trying to abduct. It was either me or the other car that it was chasing but seemed more like the other car. It was like a high speed chase involving UFO. The other car that was speeding crashed into a building, the UFO hovered over it and the light/beam came out of the bottom. It was at that exact point that trevor mentioned abduction etc. Really very sorry that i was not paying full attention at the time. Wish i could go back in time lol.

one easy question:

why is everyone guessing where the locations for the egg,jetpack and UFO could be, but ignore the lines?

do we already know what these lines on mural mean? they have a meaning, but all i ever read is about locations!
