So the sound coming from the rock is busted... I think it's just a glitch. I tried to get it to repeat, even with restoring a save point and it wouldn't. After wandering more in that area, I'm fairly sure it was a misplaced night club sound. I'm sure you all have noticed the muffled bar and club sound effects you hear from the street that is added for ambiance.

I've concluded that it was an audible glitch for the club sound, or the termites happened to be throwing a party in the lawn..

oh and playing aroung in the golf course last night i didnt get a wanted level flying my chopper in there, i'm thinking it may have to do with speed as i was flying at a respectable pace

Just wanted to put this out there.

 

For anyone who may be new or newer to the Chiliad Egg Hunt or most any Easter Egg in the game.

 

If you are worried about clogging the board by posting something that may have been discovered or gone over already, or think you might have somethig new but want to run it by someone first to double check, then go ahead and shoot me a PM with whatever questions or pictures you have.

 

If i know what is i'll let you know everything i know about it and what it means regarding the Chiliad Stuff and whatever else it's related to.

 

Just thought this would be a good idea to help keep the board free of rehashed stuff and old "new" stuff while also helping people catch up to the rest of us and give them the information they need on whatever it is they are inquiring about without making them feel bad for reposting or bringing back old stuff.

 

EDIT: if any of the other GTAV EE Vets would like to volunteer service that would be awesome.

There's a cave on the coast there, almost impossible to spot as it is around a corner, It blends in with the cliffs behind it perfectly. Nothing inside it though. You can see the water outside of it but once inside it is dry. Have a look, if you can't find it ill post a pic tomorrow. It will just give an indication of how easily a cave could be invisible to the egg hunter.

One reason I'm sort of still believing it is possible (but I'm leaning towards the mystery being a half assed collection of misleading crap) is last night I finally saw the fifth glyph (the one lowest on the mountain, closer Mt. Gordo)... I was trying to find it to mark it as a point of interest... I must have looked RIGHT at it 50 times before it became visible... in broad daylight too...

 

I made a similar comment regarding that 5th glyph.

And besides yes the jetpack is in the game and not a DLC cuz if so a DLC then how the hell are the ppl that play offline or don't have internet gonna get the jetpack if it's a DLC? The mural would be pointless to them dont you think lol?

Uhhh, mate, welcome to the 21st century, game developers would rather sell to half their market, they find it hard to believe people have actual mates in real life (split-screen and offline co-op) they only care about online these days.

I have that tingley hunch that once the thing is folded/flipped/rotated correctly (probably only 2-4 times) it will suddenly give us a eureka moment.

I agree you could be onto something... Rearrange by folding somehow, just like those paper games that end up giving you a clue when you fold them into a cube or whatever. The lines will join up into a shape or word of some sort.

Not being at 100% myself, and not being able to reach it for some time because of co-property of the game and progressing through it when both me and the other party are present together (not more often than twice a month).

I was wondering if anyone thought about the possible clue given by the long-straight-grey-haired former altruist you can find babbling about to people near Vespucci Beach speaking about the coming of the aliens ("open your eyes", "open your minds", etc.).

The guy says you have to chose: either you drown or you burn.

Is there any chance you have to actually die in one of these two ways, at different entry points to the (possible?) hidden tunnels, in order to wake up inside them?

 

I apologize in advance if this possibility was already considered and tried before.

To spitball here, wouldn't the Jetpack work perfectly to use as a search tool? Some of the extreme terrain in the game is pretty difficult to explore, even with off-road vehicles. A helicopter can get you anywhere quick, but looking at the cliffs and rockfaces of the game- searching for the Jetpack? Or a tunnel, pipe, door? Maybe the Jetpack is in the one place no one is looking, in a really stupid easy location. It makes sense to me that you're supposed to use the Jetpack to find an operable UFO (FIB Test Saucer). That's if anyone can find the damned thing to begin with! To end: the Hatch. In Lost theme, maybe there's an island that forms overnight in the Pacific, with monkeys!

So anyways, I clicked on the Kung Fu Rainbow Lazer Force link when I pulled up Eyefind. There is a link to watch a video so I clicked it. In the beginning of the episode, the teacher talks about dinosaurs,and about the climate changing. He also has a drawing on the board of a dinosaur with a saddle with someone riding it that looks just like the one in the graffiti. They also show a list of 10 commandments of science class that reminds me of Epsilonism. It says stuff like reptiles talk and the earth being 6000 years old. Maybe someone else should check it out and see if it is anything.

hmmmm i'll be the first to admit im not a big fan of the bell chicken place being the "cracked egg" but the 2 centre windows at the back let rockets pass through them like theyre a false wall, i've been trying to super jump into them but thats a no go, has anyone else had rockets passing through walls before
