I was also part of the other thread that got closed because people just kept insulting each other and talking about random crap like rock shadows etc that lead to nothing.

So, there's a message from the 'infinity killer' which seems to make me curious to whether or not these two are LINKED. Now hear me out before dismissing what I say, and I'm also not sure if someone else has mentioned this (I really did read some of the posts, but 263 pages are too much. Albeit Brian's long posts did take up a lot of this..) He says 'Where water meets land and where fire once spewed forth, There the infinite 8 shall stay, until I return' - What does this mean though? Maybe this has something to do with it, why would he be returning? I know the infinite 8 are his victims hidden off the coast but the returning part is the part that is bugging me and makes me think that these are interlinked somehow. Maybe it's worth looking into? I've never been that good at this kind of stuff though :'(

 

 

Well to me, that riddle screams volcano by the coast. So when the DLC is out, there will be an earthquake scenario which sets off the volcano.

 

I'm just putting an idea out there, if nothing else there is two solid DLC packs they could do. Alien invasion scenario, and an earthquake/volcano scenario.

It also confirms a volcano was once there. Contrary to current beliefs, I do no believe Chiliad is, or was the volcano, I believe it is underwater because it is a FACT that underwater volcanic eruptions form islands.

Earthquake makes sense. Remember one of the early reviews mentioned "you might even experience an earthquake" That is the only reference I ever saw.

Look at the infinity killers note, there is no exact proof that the man caught was the killer, 7 bodies were found, he's coming back? Homicidal Aliens? Nope. Only seven. But my feelings are telling me that the underwater hatch is number 8. Number 8 is waiting! Waiting in the hatch that you hear the knocking in! So the hatch has something to do with this mystery and now why is there a tally of ten on the wall? Why is the killer going to return for this one? Hmm, what exactly is going on here? I dont understand or rather cant comprehend that a thread gets closed/locked because it goes off topic. What kind of place is this, do chimps run it (rhetorical question no offence intended).

If you dont like it dont read it, your only reading it (or not reading it) because you want the same conclusion as everyone else but won't do the work yourself.

 

If the game is played by those rules then i shall start a new thread called 'The gtav thread where you can discuss anything.'

 

I have read every post of this thread. It is true its like a loop tape but each time somthing is picked over theres always a chance of somthing new coming to light, and it sometimes does.

Who cares if butterflies or cobwebs dont at the moment seem to have any use or bearing on the matter at hand. If nothing else its telling us that all those one post wonders at the start of the thread who kept saying thats been searched hundreds of times were infact wrong.

 

Pure logic is saying that if the entire map has been pawed over then we've either missed somthing or its not there.

If you believe somthing has been missed its enjoyable for those of us who have got 100% to still look and get more enjoyment from a game that would possably be back on the shelf long before now (mine would have been).

If you believe there isn't anything to find then thats ok as well but why come here trying to put others off. What are you possably achieving or getting out of it? Is that how you get your kicks?

Most people that post here have the freedom of speech and opinion, those opinions will differ from person to person but on the whole most posters in this thread think or want to think theres more to it and are helping each other to get a bit more enjoyment from it.

I am also of the belief that the egg on the mural has been cracked and the mural is mapping it as the second item.

 

1) Ufos needed to see Rearrange and Segregate. This tells us Easter Egg near Grand Ear.

2) The easter egg is the infinity 8 killer which leads us to the bodies up North ( Or is it the fact we find the killer lives in Camp Dignity)

 

I think the end of number 2 needs to show us the way to the Jetpack just as number 1 led us to two. The line connecting the UFO and jetpack represent the pack leading back to the UFO to make it obtainable. Doubt the UFOs could shut the jetpack down, allowing you to fly right into its open hatch.

 

We can see the infinity 8 egg without achieving 100%, but the mural is mapping it for us so we understand the starting and end points.

 

Based on this, we should be looking toward the clues at camp dignity, or more around the bodies to figure out the next step.

 

As I posted before, it is odd the house at dignity has an interior.

All I was saying is a thread got closed about a week ago because it went off topic and people started insulting each other and governing what people could post. Excluding theories straight off the bat because they 'weren't as important' as there's was.

Right guys,

 

It was me who posted all those pages and weeks ago that there was construction going on and progressing in game.

 

Since posting ive been watching 6-8 spots where i believe works had started.

I have visited the places at least every 3 game days and in a couple of instances a few times per game day because they are on roads i use a lot.

 

I could have been wrong from the start but i still swear some of the works were not there, or there in the stage they were when posted, when i started the game.

 

However after keeping an eye on them i can confirm i dont believe any of the works have progressed since i started keeping tabs.

Vehicles change, some road signs or cones, barriers etc may seem to move or change and diffrrent people/workmen scattered around but on a whole im confident the actual building or repairing etc HASNT CHANGED.

 

I think that aspect should be put down as debunked for now.

I'm sure you pros already know that there will be DLC for gta V that will cross between online and story mode.

The Mt Chilliad mystery may be unlock-able now or we may have to wait for the update.

The designers of GTA V have planned the game out so that the DLC can be smoothly integrated with the current "world". (ie having empty slots on the gun wall at ammunition).

 

The key to solving the mystery of the mural in Chilliad is to not get the clues and the room for expansion confused. The Beach Bum expansion is coming next month with new vehicles and weapons.

 

This is a video game and so I do believe that jet packs and rideable Dino's could be hidden in the mountain. That would be fun! Having the mural represent some psychological symbol of each of the players is a huge let down. Not to mention it would be out of place in the game. The players are relatively anonymous to the NPCs and the "world" itself.

 

It's entirely possible that an earthquake and a volcano are to come. You guys found all sorts of things that point to that possibility. But Mt Chilliad is it's own mystery. If there is a jet pack, it is in that mountain. The shape of the mural is identical to how chilliad looks from the altruist camp. So I don't think the clues are as far away as some think.

 

Regardless, we could be waiting for the final expansion/ chapter of GTA V story to be complete

before the mountain reveals her secret.

 

But then again, what do I know.
