A hologram WOULD NOT cast a shadow on the side of a hill, to assert that the shadow could also be a hologram is ridiculous and nothing more than verbal manipulation to solidify your illogical "Hologram" observation.

After many tries in the last three days I managed to get inside the Fort Zancudo Bunker without getting stars and without them turning the siren on. without cheats of course.

 

Also it rained no thunder just rain.

I waited there for 24h but nothing special happened.

If u get no stars you can even go on top of the bunker @ night without the army see or trying to kill you.

So at the altruist camp. Looking at all the symbols something will happen at

 

Sun rise/sunset from cave image

Weather needs to be a very sunny day due to the sun symbol with wiggly lines

Just need to find the right place to stand.

 

Have tried top of tower, end of the alter and the viewing platform similar to the one at the top of chiliad. Which is located at the side of the camp.

 

There are many good view points around there. Going to try more tomoz.

Look 4 a good place to jump with the car over both fences

watch out that u don't jump right infront of a tank.

Try to drive to the bunker and get in it quickly (it is not far from the car jump point)

it took me about 30tries to get in this way- without stars.

just be quick don't hit too much with ur car and be a little lucky

You can just fly a heli close and parachute right in front of the door and pop right in .

Ultraviolet only works in real time. Your tv can not produce the the effect. The only way it would work is if somthing in game produced ultra violet light and the game was programmed to show somthing up when you shone it at the item.

If the shadow is there when the 'hologram' has been 'popped' may mean its actually cloaking as suggested in game a few times.

I know the half washed away glyph has been likened to the 'hologram' UFO. Maybe theres a cloaked UFO downtown waiting for the right instances to show it up.

Maybe the missing glyph/s to show its position are also fully washed away or cloaked.

 

It's why I'm systematically burning everything i see where ever i go.

Ive tried the fire engine lots of places as well because that makes surfaces look blue where its sprayed.
