Decoding the Mount Chiliad Mural

Probably been looked into eight thousand times but has anyone cross referenced all of the satellite alignment positions throughout the map?

I know one is aimed at the zancudo ufo

Not sure if this will work but I've taken pics of all Glyphs found 10 including the face of 'Fran Healy' and the Eye on top of the mountain.

Heres where that image was taken. In the bottom left you can barely see the markings in the sand. The pole has typical alien drawings but no specific glyphs. At the top, notice the red arrow that people have been seeing.

Edit: Not sure if we need these arrows yet but for the record, the red arrow points north east towards chilead, not right at it though. Its a few degrees off to the right.

Ok, so:

Faded/whole glyph- sunken UFO

faded/half missing glyph- WTF?!? "UFO"

rain glyph- chiliad UFO?

moon glyph-also chiliad?

Yeah, I'm at a loss here, zancudo's might be the beam one, but chiliad required two. Added: and some of the glyphs are the same between mt chiliad and the hippie camp

it might have needed three. The full eye/rain eye/3am eye. I can't check right now and it's driving me crazy, but does the eye right below the viewing platform resemble the eye on top of the mural or the glyph of the full eye?

So Hippy camp ufo could be moon glyph, and sandy shores ufo could be radio tower glyph.

 

Need to find a glyph at zancudo to see that we are on the right track. Known ufo locations need searching for glyphs. I'll get right on it tomorrow, i'm 100%

I've seen a few different red arrows mentioned but haven't seen this one. Just adding to the information that we have at hand. Maybe someone who is more familiar with them can mark locations and directions on a map? This is also right around where a ufo hint is dropped on the UV map.

I agree, its definitely not perfect but I think it is closer than other. I still encourage others to check out any theories they want, I just feel like this is definitely the direction to go in. I'm biased though.

I almost feel as if the underwater UFO is unrelated to the glyphs (as a method of finding it), as it is close to a submarine part (although those aren't needed for 100% completion) and the museum and car UFOs don't really correlate to any glyphs...there are almost certainly more UFOs though.

The Chilead UFO is obvious. There is writing on the viewing platform to come back when your finished and you know to look for something. There is so much mystery there and people would stumble across it regardless of wether they were looking for it or not. I don't think they will all be spelled out so thoroughly. The glyph showed you the rain, if you tried hard enough, you would be there when it was 3 am but that part you had to figure out on your own. Just my opinion though. I still think it beats 3 lines = 3 AM though.

if your theory can be proved by discovering another ufo that lines up with this, then it makes sense that this would lead to the bottom. So lets say your right then the bottom two weather glyphs should lead us to the final ufo's and possibly give us clues to the ufo and jetpack(and egg if its means more than just an easter egg)

Yes, I have checked while it's there and nothing is different.

 

I emailed R* because I was one of the unlucky ones who managed to skip a mission (68/69 completed after the final mission). After a few back and fourths about the possibility of getting the save file fixed, I asked if they could give me a clue regarding all of this as compensation for the 65 hours of play I lost.

P.S. I've done the Chilliad UFO using a save file I bought on ebay.
