The only thing I found interesting in the golf course is the umbrellas look like UFOs, and I also got a golf club to use as a weapon.

The tall bushes can't be climbed and I've walked on the small bushes by the stairs, nothing happened.

There's nothing in the ponds, no caves or anything else.

By the way, the egg in the mural... Sonic's main villan is Dr. Eggman. Sonic likes to run, speeding through the game. Maybe Rockstar is telling us to not rush through GTA's story! After all the UFO and the jetpack aren't connected to the egg. Mystery solved right there!
