Make Over $2 Billion Per Character - Easy (Mild Spoilers)

Thanks for the great guide. I have a question though. I have been following it and I sold Debonaire when it capped out (at about 80% it wouldn't go any higher) and then I bought Redwood and my Redwood isn't moving at all. It went up to 1% but now I'm actually losing money in it. How long does it take to recover? I have saved many times to try to pass time and it didn't help me. Thanks.

it takes 2 trading days for Redwood to recover. trading days = business days, not Sat or Sun. so if you do a job on friday or the weekend it will take a bit to recover.

also try saving in a new slot

imo Redwood gives you the MOST bang for your buck out of all the stocks. its crazy

That's because it's the only company in the stock market (LCN or BAWSAQ) that we know about that can give us a a reliable 300% or more return rate!

LMAO

I came here to brag about making 2 billion and teach how I did it only to find a guide was already made.

I had a few differences

#3 & #8 I used Taliana, Karim, Packie & Daryl and earned $38,304,000

#4 Didn't do that. Didn't even think of it.

#10 Have not found this guy, so I can make more

Trev has 1.6 bill

Frank has 1.8 bill

Mike has 2.1 bill

Vangelico seems to only work some of the time, nice job making that money on the final score though. And yes, you should definitely find the Tinkle guy. He is easily located with a google search you should make about 33% on what you already have.

I think there's a biker in Sandy Shores that if you take him to the bike shop where there are some other bikers of The Lost MC, he calls you later telling you that he owns AnimalArk and that he's gonna net you 100,000$ in the Stocks for AnimalArk. Should I go all in on AnimalArk before this mission?

From my experience sell right away, seemed to drop immediately for me in both playthroughs.

7. After you do the final heist...go all in with your characters on the Augury Insurance stock company. Once you do the main end mission after the heist the stock will soar and you will make bank (you will see this increase after the credits roll and you go back to your characters).

At that point I don't have the money of the last heist, right?

Correct, unfortunately it goes up right before the last mission (so before you get the final score payout). You should still have a few million per character though to invest in Augury before you complete the last mission in the game.

You're talking about $50-$90 a share for Vangelico, but when I look it up, it's only $9.38?

That is crazy low...lowest I've ever heard of to be honest. It should go back up. Not sure how long it takes.

Started game over a 2nd time to try this method... My VAG stock still has not recovered, about to start 2nd FIB mission and still no return on VAG stock. Will it recover eventually?!

.

Vangellico seems to be real iffy with some people. If it keeps staying the same I would say skip this step and get your money back. I have seen it go up tremendously after the crash though.

gonna use this for my next play.

off topic i know, but what is the best stock to put my money in (sort of like a bank account) that doesnt move much. I hate seeing 5000 a time getting wasted. is it maze ?

I heard Maze is pretty solid so is Augury. I can't tell you for sure though. I didn't do a lot of legitimate trading outside of the fixed stock increases/decreases.

um IDK when to invest like can I do it on my phone before the mission or after or during, and do you do the same on all of them or different time on different ones.

Do it BEFORE the mission starts. Go all in with all three characters and then approach Lester/payphone.

How long should u stay invested in bilikton?

Honestly, I don't recall an actual percentage but I would imagine it should go up about 50-80% from where it drops.

I did the mission with the guy you take to the airport and he tells you to invest in Tickle. I cant seem to find it on the market. Is it on by some other name?

It is on BAWSAQ if I recall correctly.

I went ahead and updated the original OP to state that Vangellico is not always guaranteed. If you are having issues with it I would say just buy your stocks back and skip this step. Shouldn't make much of a difference money wise in the end. Also, try and doing a few missions if it doesnt go up as opposed to just sleeping/saving.

The Vangelico stock only dropped to about 190/share after I pulled the job. It was about 273 before. Hasn't moved at all and I'm already setting up Trevor's sub heist. Should I just sell?

Ugh, ignore my last post. Just read your previous repsonses. By the way, I loaded up my Completed Story save and checked VAG there...only 40/share. granted that's at the end of the game, but damn.

So we invest in Augury Insurance BEFORE the final big score heist? I have done the setup missions and I'm ready to do the Big Score. Each of my characters has $4M each and michael has $8M.

With $8 MM on Michael you're doing way better than I did so nice job! You want to invest before the final mission that comes after the heist. You won't be able to use the final score money on this step just the 4 to 8 million you have already for the characters. I invested after the score but I'm not sure if it makes a difference if you do it before.

I invested right after the last heist and as Jozzborne said it comes up right after the credits roll.

Just wanted to give another thanks for this thread....so far these are my results

Vangelico: .01/.02% increase

BettaPharms: 50% increase

Bilkinton: 99% increase

FlyUS: 99% increase

AugInsurance: 96% increase

Tinkle: 32% increase

Debonaire: 50% increase

Redwood: 302% increase (WOW) lol

Trevor: 285+mill Franklin: 290+mill Michael: 295+mill

So I have plenty for the elusive golf course and if I were to buy now I'd still have more than double the amount leftover than I had on my last playthrough..so tks again. I still have 3 assassinations left too

I think the best part about all of this IMO is that after I bought all the properties out I don't even care when I die anymore or what I spend money on as far as cars, guns, clothes, planes, helicopters go. I own the golf course and all three movie theaters with Michael as well as the one bar near his home and he is making over $800,000 a week in profits which basically make up for all my spending money and then some not to mention he still has just under $2,000,000,000 left.

Did the "chase Molly" mission and went all in on FlyUS stock--- over 2 weeks in game-- nothing-- within 1% of the price it dropped to after the mission...

I did go on in the story-- Anyone do this?? What I mean is do you need to NOT do any thing for several days "story wise" for it too recover or does continuing the story mess anything up?

This method works, trust me:

gta5money.png

How far are you?

I did first 2 assassinations (required), then did all main story missions and the "big one". Then, proceeded to do the assassination missions. To pass time faster, just drop a grenade and die a few times (usually 2 or 3 will advance 1-2 days) and keep checking market.

A few things didn't pan out well for me. I didn't get as big of gains as some reported here but most of it is totally legit. The FlyUS didn't work out for me and Fruit didn't get as high as reported for me...I think the best was 21% ROI for Fruit and 0.05 loss for FlyUS for me. Everything else usually was 100% or better ROI on each stock tip assassination attempt.

I wouldn't worry about that one as it's not really important imo the main one is Debonaire/Redwood after you finish the big one as thats where you quadruple your money. Completing all these and missing a few oppurtunities to maximize ROI netted me an extra couple of million but when you finish the last heist the obvious way theres not much difference between 32mill and 36mill, you might not make exactly 2.1b or whatever but should still get pretty close.

I also picked up the Tinkle guy before starting Lesters assassinations at the end just to have more money to go in on Deb/Redwood since that one is the most profitable. Finished the last assassination with a little over 1.9billion on all 3characters.

Would like to add that my Vapid stock went to 146% but cashed it out so not sure if it goes any higher or not.

Edit: FlyUS took forever for me too and didn't go up until I cashed out with Michael

to buy a tuxedo for the movie premiere mission

forgot to buy back in but Trevor and Franklin made a few 100k. I would say to leave all your money in the stocks listed though until you can go no further or reach a mission where you need to invest in the other listed stocks itt, sometimes they lose a little before they start gaining.

All of them worked for me with the exception of Vangelico (however Vang did rise sometime after I gave up on it) But if they don't you shouldn't lose too much money on them as the game usually lets you atleast get close to breaking even, so I'd just leave it there until you can no longer follow this guide w/o withdrawing.

Sorry for my dumb question, but I can't find any of those stocks. Are they in the LCN or the other one?

(my internet has been down at home)

Thanks!

Gnocchi Flip Flops

I'm going to try part of this. I'm going to invest in those stocks that have to do with Lester's missions AFTER I finish V. Right now I have $575,000 with Michael, $345,000 with Franklin, and $286,000 with Trevor. sh*tty, right? :/ After I do the Big Score should I invest in AUG, or have I screwed up?

FlyUS stock - I invested with all 3 characters after the mission and cashed out some time later for 104% return. Must have been 2 or 3 weeka later, after doing numerous missions in between

Just cashed out on Betta after it hit 80% return; how long should I wait before investing in Bilkinton? My first play-through it got down to like 34 and never bounced back. I've seen it hit like 4/share online...it's at about 40 now and still dropping, and again this is after Betta topped out.
