That's not a UFO but it could very well be a clue to one.

There are two current mysteries you all seem to be working on.

 

UFO - As mentioned in the previous thread, there are currently two existing physical flying UFOs. Three is an important number in this game. The other two UFOs are in the vicinity of that areas airports/runways. So where will the third be?

 

Illuminati - The main locations have been found. But what about the museum? What is there that is so important for an Eye to be advertised? Where are the pyramids located? What exhibit is there?

 

What links a secret world power with aliens? Think of a trilogy (3) films starring Will Smith. Have they been seen in game? At how many locations? What number is important in this game?

 

 

There are also a number of smaller eggs which play on myths from GTA San Andreas - Bigfoot, Ghosts, UFOs all feature within GTA V but were myths in San Andreas. What other myth was in GTA SA? A serial killer with a leather face. Maybe this ties in with a number of victims (possibly 8)?

 

The Mount Chiliad etching is representative of the three main characters.

Michael - Alienated from his current world, he is the UFO

Franklin - He is young but now maturing and leaving the ghetto, an area where he was nurtured. He is the Hatching Egg

Trevor - He is the man who flies, fiery explosive, he is the Jetpack.

 

Notice how the Jetpack and UFO are linked at the start but seperate only to rejoin later on after the UFO and Egg link?

 

To try and understand both what you are saying and whether you are a troll or not, if solving these mysteries is something to do with all three characters then why would R* allow for one of either Michael or Trevor to die/be killed?

 

As some people have had one of those killed off and yet they still get to see things when completing the game 100%.

 

The use of all three characters is not needed, otherwise the option to remove one wouldn't exist.

On topic though I sat in a helicopter above the Los Santos airport for 24 hours in-game and nothing happened, I then went in-land and tried again and nothing else. So I don't think your theory on the Airstrips is right. Although I'm sure there are more UFOs to be found.

i think the egg is only there to mention the Hatch, does Lost in any way mention the hatch ever being under the ocean or how to open it?

but theres two hatches so you're wrong, and if I recall there was a underwater station in lost.

First UFO - In ocean, broke down, can't do anything with it

Second UFO - Top of Chiliad, said to be a hologram from FIB. 100% completion required.

Third UFO - Hovering above elevator bunker in Fort Zancudo. At about 3/4 max helicopter height

Fourth UFO - Above hippie camp in desert. Looks to be near max helicopter height.

Fifth UFO - destroyed, parts collected throughout game/mission

I tried to go far above it, nothing, i went there roughly at 2 am it was there and it stayed until the sun came.

We finally got another clue that BloodyMurder2 posted, there's a UFO glyph on the side of a mountain in the eastern part of the map. I'll get a better picture of where the glyph is and where to stand in order to see it. But first I'm gonna try to blow it up
