Quick question about atomic blimp

I just found a DLC code in my GTA V case for the atomic blimp, but how is it DLC? I can already see it flying around the sky without entering the redeem code?

I think you need to enter the code to be able to drive it.

 

Before you enter the code, try to fly onto the top of it and press Y or triangle

 

Also, when you enter the code you get a new phone contact who will spawn the blimp at the LS airport for you

the code is for your own blimp, you enter it in and when you load the game you can go to your phone and call for a blimp then go to the airport and you can get in it and fly around its pretty cool bit slow only used it once and i properly wont use it again but it was a fun skydive!

Try to fly on top of it? Whilst its flying? Only Tom cruise could do such a thing.
